Bought a shirt online for rs 9, 200 it’s been 2 weeks since then. Customer service doesn’t answer anymore, courier shows that the item is returned. No response of emails. Do not buy from the website. Absolutely pathetic service and looks to be fraud not sure if I will get my money back as well.
100% Fraud, once you make the payment there is no record after that, no contact number.
I have called but number switch off. its scam website.

Please avoid any purchases from Lacoste. I ordered a Pant and a Shirt online from them and received an email after a week that the same has been delivered to me. The same was not received by me and I again contacted them. I was suggested to wait for 24 hours if it shows up. I waited for 48 hours to see if it comes. I contacted them again and they said that they needed two more days to review. An email was received by me indicating that my order was delivered. I didn't get that as well. The problem was not resolved by them and I will share my experience with everyone I know about these thieves.
Ultra expensive stuff at crap quality. This is an 8 grand plus sneaker and this is what happens to it by getting wet in rain. Amazing stuff. Do not waste your money with them

I recenty purchsed Lacoste Gog. I had to gift it to someone. The packing was excellent but on unpacking the product. There are many things which I was not satisfied with.
I beleive lacoste is a brand name and it should not have the following faults.
While opening the product I saw the product was product was not as it was looking.
The arms were so hard that I had to take it to local store to loose its arms.
The shades were not fully glass. I mean lenses.
I thought it might carry tissuet which can clean it later on. But I found there was polythine to save gogs from screthes.
Once focusing I also found some of the screches and had to return the product. Unfortunatly I did't took any pictures to upload as proof. But I believe you guys will check it before purchase. Design was ok but not long lasting.
Beware of fraught selling and buying.
Lacoste provides a Majestic collection of T-shirts which are too much colour full
Its stock any is fresh n also full of many colour any time according to seasion
I like its T-shirts too much because it provides T-shirts according to Spring, summer, winter colour
Its T-shirts life is also good , they retain their original colour after many wash, these T-shirts are durable
I like these T-shirts too much because these are too much comfortable due to which we can wear these T-shirts for a long period without changing these
If you wana buy a T-shirt then these T-shirts are best option
When we talk about clothing brands the two ways to analyse them is the sort of collection and the price at which they offer it.
When I talk about the collection, it is outstanding and extemely fresh. The colours and patterns tempt u to buy the cloth but the biggest hindrance is the path is posed by the price tag, with soring high rates lacoste is considered to be a luxurious brand which is out of bounds for a common man. Thus, when we talk about value for money then this brand scores a perfect zero.
If u have the money then definately buy this since lacoste is lacoste and finally with clothes what matters is the brand!
Lacoste is very costly brand, its apparel are on unreasonable prices and not too good. You have better option on apparel at its price. I have been already used this brand and I got its cloths are not too comfertable like other better brand's cloths. And if I go on its durability than my t shirt faded after two months so I can say durability is very low. To pay for this brand is only waste of money. So I would not recommend this brand.
Love the smell of this very very sexy when ever I spray I wife want something from me like to hug. this product is perfect y should I pay for other perfumes in retail store and waste of money.the scent us what I look for .One thing about Lacoste’s collection is that there’s some sort of floral essence to their fragrances.
For me Lacoste is all about their polo T-SHIRTS.
I love Lacoste Polo T-shirts which are basic, full plain.
Fittings are awesome and the best part what I like about Lacoste POLO TEES is their toughness in colour. These colour never gets crushed off. Always remain in good pattern.
I have pink, yellow and blue from Lacoste Tees.
Even after more than 8 months colour is not loosing it's grace. I think that is quite satisfactory for me.
And also these TEES are comfortable.
Apart from TEES I don't think Lacoste is a great place to shop for. Their pants fitting is not cool.
Although they have little collection of Watches which I think not worth to buy because their are many brands in market where we can find better watch companies which specialise in Watch making.
Guys now I will explain my experience about this brand I got a watch from this brand website it has costed me about 2500.
And then I have got it after 4 days after 4 months watch has got struck and all the printed material has been erased out! So please I suggest not buy watches from this brand they are not so worthy!:(

This message is regarding a lacoste watch that I purchased in the end of 2014 from authorised lacoste showroom(Inorbit Mall Hyderabad). After using the watch for 6 months, the strap lost all the printed "lacoste" writing on the strap. I brought it in the knowledge of the store via a phone call in the mid of 2015. They never assisted me nor replied back. I then personally went to another Lacoste store in the Indian capital New Delhi.
They asked me to show it at the store from where I purchased it i.e. Hyderabad. On reaching to the store, the storekeeper took several pictures of the damaged strap( the silicon strap which has lost all the Lacoste markings from it). He assured me that he will look for a strap replacement. Today I got a call from the storekeeper that in India there is no service provided by Lacoste. The dial is absolutely scratch less only the strap has the problem.
I am absolutely clueless as to why Lacoste makes these expensive watches which don't even last for 6 months of use. What is the whole point in conning the customers. I am absolutely disappointed with the way Lacoste has handled the issue.
I definitely would never personally make a visit to any of the Lacoste stores world wide and never recommend this brand to any of my friends and family.

I have been thinking that all branded goods are best in quality. But the lacoste proved me that I am wrong.
I got impressed by a lacoste bag and bought it for 2500 rs in Dollars and Pounds showroom. Only one week. Really one week only it was good. The bag is not comfortable for wearing. The magnet lock of the bag is not so good. It ll keep on opening. I need to close it for every half an hour.
The even worse thing is the bag started to tear within a month. I gave to a local craftmen and stitched it. Then also I keep on tearing. Atlast I exhausted of using it. I kept it away and bought a another bag.
Please don't believe that all the banned goods are good in quality. Please check and get reviews about the product and then buy.
Today, I would like to share an experience which I do not believe is a good one at all. Well, this is when I bought a trouser from Lacoste which I wanted to pair with a formal shirt I bought from Peter England.
Lacoste was established in 1933 which is a French clothing company. Since it an European company, it is known that it would be an expensive brand. Well, no doubt that we have the quality and comfort which we carry, however, I personally feel that it is not worth at all. I bought an awesome shirt from Peter England of INR 599.00, however, the basic trousers were available of INR 3, 999.00. I do not think buying a trouser worth INR 3, 999.00 and that to is not of a really good quality with awesome looking and comfort.
Lacoste is good, however, is too expensive which we guys will not be able to afford. I feel another brands are way better than this one. Well, I did not buy the trouser as I did not feel it a quite good deal to buy a trouser while paying INR 3, 999.00.
I bought t shirt from this brand and it is of high quality material. After years of using it has not faded. The colour has remained the same. the price is reasonable. This t-shirt do not shrink after washing. This shirt fit perfectly and very stylish to wear. The fabric is softer and it is of great comfort to wear.
There are wide range of colours and it was difficult for me to decide which colour to choose from. This t shirt have a much more flattering cut and looks elegant. Lacoste has a perception of wealth and success.
This is one of my favorite clean scents. It does sit close to the skin with a slight sillage but that's ok with me. My wife loves it and I get complements in the office from the lady's and a couple a guys. the smell of this fragrance is awesome, good job lacoste for the great scent, the scent is very fresh, clean and very pleasing though this fragrance had a good scent the problem is, on my skin it doesn't project that much like a 1-2 hours the projection length is like arm length then after that the scent wouldn't project that much. The longevity on this fragrance is bad, on my skin it last only 4 hours.This is really one of my favorite fragrances. I've gone through 3 bottles and think this is perfect scent for everyday use.This is a great summer frag to have in your collection. Out of all the Lacoste bottles in this series, this one is by far the best, almost so good I recommend blind buy would be safe. You will not offend anyone and it's perfect for warm weather. This is all relevant if you like very sweet and refreshing frags. The only downfall is its power.I am glad that I have it, it really uplifts my mood when it's on me. One of my favourite for the summer.

I ordered 2 combos-- Blue & Yellow, Black & Pink.
Never Got Blue & Black...got NAVE BLUE Instead of Blue & Black.
They are completely FAKES,came in a very bad condition as well.
this is the time that I am writing to a third party site before raising a complaint to the original site...
