I had purchased 3 combo shirt this is very very bad quality likely footpath brand I tried phone number but not contact me . Please give me some solutions to returned your product and refund my money.
Some one some sites on facebook using your brand for on line fraud they are showing your products and the are sending very chip material ....

I've been using Koutons from last 6 years and till date its quality doesn't degraded. Its truly rugged and identified for both the gender. Koutons is well known for its durable clothing which is long lasting.
The fabric what Koutons use is amazing so that you'll get a high quality jeans, shirts and so on at very genuine price tags.
Its merchandises are comfortable for all age group which made it popular especially among youth. It looks professional and attractive which gives you an immense pleasure and confidence.
The only drawback of this brand is it losses color after number of washes.
Whichever outlets I've visited, the staff were too courteous and responsive regarding their customer satisfaction and to achieve this they go beyond the limits. The outlets are everywhere across the country that I've observed.
Its totally worth to buy the Koutons merchandise.
So, I recommend this clothing brand for its genuine material and worth for money attitude.

Koutouns is not a good brand I have puchased shirt from them. But after one wash shirt is not look like a good shirt. Colour of the shirt is fainted. And discount they are provided is not a actual good discount. Shirt is not in good quality. Colour of the shirt after one wash was fainted. Not orignal colours are used. Strecthed in very dbad way. As per the price quality of the product is very low. Quality of cotton clothese is not a actual cotton. Discounts are not good.

Please be away from such type of brand make cothes because these are having very poor quality and not made for long time uses because we had recently used this make brand clothes and found very poor quality and nothing like customer services
Before some time my wife bought two shirts for me of this Koutons make, It was looking good and stylish also but when I started to use these shirts its stitching found broken automatically from many sides
When we washed these shirts its color gone fared or dull with every washing and due to such these found very dull or its shining found gone completely and these looks very non impressive and not like for uses
In a short time only the shirts seems very old like 2 years old while these shirts was only two or three months old and due to this these found very uncomfortable during wearing also
We realized that these are not reliable products and not made for long time uses and there is no value of our money for such kind of poor products
There are a lot of other brands available in market where we can get much better quality and services instead of such type of Koutons
I personallly like this brand specially for formal clothing because it is best in quality at reasonable price than any other company offers.
Sometimes they offer good deal during off season and most like to buy during such time.Overall, this brand is good and offers value for money with quality product.
I purchased shirt from koutons thinking that I m getting a brand, shirt was almost 1k but I thaught I must pay once to have a brand atleast so I baught that, after one month its colour starts to get faded, I was surprised how is that possible, I thaught I must have cheated by the show owner who did this so I went to the shop again, owner said it is the same brand but u must have washed it at your home so it got faded and that it is to be drycleand I said I have drycleaned it not washed at home but he did not get agree, it was very disappointing I felt insulted and cheated.
No doubt that koutons has a firm grip in the market especially in the textile industry. But the products which I got from the company were really of cheap quality. I ordered 3 denim shirts from a site called whaaky.com where the advertisements can catch your eyes and you wouldn't resist buying the products.
I felt cheated because the shirts were really bad and not something to wear out of home. Koutons is really a renowed brand but products like that can really bring down the reputation.
I'm disappointed with the quality and price I paid for the product. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Koutons is a brand which gives offer all round the year. Whenever you go to Koutons showroom or outlet you see there is a discount of 50%+20% or something like that. Once I saw a there was a discount of 50%+40% outside Koutons outlet and I thought there was 90% discount. I purchase a t-shirt but at billing I knew tat it is not 90%, it is 70%.
They offer 50% discount on MRP and another 40% discount is calculated on discounted price. Instead of writing flat 70% off they write it in such manner to confuse the customer.
The discount are also false. They already fix the price 3 times higher than MRP so that after discount they can get their original value. I saw many t-shirt which were priced between Rs. 1200 to Rs 1500 and after discount they were sold between 350 to 450. According to quality this is the real price of the t-shirts. First they set high price for their product and give discount which is unjustified.
I had purchased the jeans from koutons showroom but it shrink and the color faded. When I went to return the jeans they refuse to return and talking in very rude manner. not happy to purchased it. not happy with the staff non-mannered people. Please not go for it. they offer cloth in very cheap rate to attract buyers but sale very cheap quality not fit at all.

I bought Koutons jeans at an attractive price of Rs.699 for a pack of 2 jeans. The quality was good for that price. It has been just 2 wash and the color and material looks ok.

I had a worst shopping experience from whaaky.com. I have ordered for Koutons jeans which were in offer for 1099+cod-rs.100 for 5 jeans. I trusted the site and was in assumption that I would get koutons. But to my surprise they have sent me local jeans not of koutons.
It has been sent after 40 days of placing the order. To add to another surprise, the jeans was defective. So I request not buy any product from whaaky.com and the worst customer service u will experience. No one to answer. No one will reply to your email.
I bought a white linen shirt from koutons and the shirt is really good. It is complete value 4 money. Linen being a cool choice 4 summers is expensive than cotton.
The breathe easy fabric looks classy n stylish n so I wanted one.. I found this great white half linen shirt at a a reasonable price d fit, d look n d comfort is more than what I expected... I am glad I chose koutons over d other expensive brands.. completely satisfied...thank you.
Completely agree with Koutons deep discounting marketing strategy and beleive that it is not the main reason for thier failure.
However past five years I do not see anything aspirational for that brand.even to lower middle class.the products their do not qualify in terms of quality, design, fabric. Not only I am saying this on behalf of consumer sentiment, but also on my personal experience where I had to waste an hour to use my 1000 rupees voucher in 3-4 Koutoon showrooms in Bangalore. The products have degraded and with that what ever markeitng you will use.you will land up in such a mess. Mind it, that has not always been the case with them where in early 2000 they had decent value for money products.
May be last couple of years they have grown too fast.
The brand is very bad, in terms of quality and comfort. This is my personal experience.One day I was passing by the road I saw this showroom, so I decided of buying something, as I took many cloths at a time , that was my biggest mistake.when I used the clothes.
First the fitting was not proper.second the quality was very bad.It looked as of good quality, but.....after using I said GOD save others!!!!!!
Guys really I was looted, and from that day I never buyed this brand.
I went to Bangalore, Commercial street Koutons. Till I purchased some shirts they treated me well. They told me that I can exchange the shirts if it does not fit to the person for whom I wanted to gift the shirt for Diwali. The very next day I went for exchange. The person managing the shop was replying in a harsh way. He said exchanges are accepted only on Saturdays and Sundays and that too before 6pm. I was on the way to my native place. I wanted to exchange it immediately. If not then I cannot do it forever.
Also the time limit for exchange is 7days. He was asking me to go to my native place and exchange. Why should I go to another branch instead of the branch where I purchased? The person could have been more diplomatic and could have also found a way to satisfy the customer. But he did not do that.
I was travelling to Coimbatore. He was asking me to go to chennai or kerala for exchange. Wow. What a sensible reply. I told him several times that the shirts I purchased are for Diwali celebrations and so I have to exchange it. His reply for to come after diwali. Again another sensible reply. Through out the conversation the person was very rude. I still remember him saying "We run Koutons on our policy and not on the customer's wish".
Let them run shops for themselves and not for customers.
This refers to sales outlet at Dakshinpuri Madangir outlet at Delhi. I had happened to visit this outlet few times in August 2010 and happened to purchase few garments. One of the staff/manager Mr Kamaljeet Singh ( Not sure about the name but he was a Sardar Ji) had grossly misbehaved with me & my wife.
1.I had purchased a Kid jeans which I wanted to exchange for some other item. I was made to understand that this was not possible in a very rude, impolite and in a loud & threatening voice by the person concerned.
I am very hurt by this kind of behavior & more than the individual customer it reflected badly on a a company and its profile.
I have been regular at Koutons showroom for last five years but after this incident I have vowed never to buy any Koutons product in future.
From past few years I am using the brand koutons as its the only brand which leads in t-shirts and shirts...and they have total 1500 branches....but whatsoever it does not have great variety of trousers or jeans.
Therefore when one wants to buy t-shirts or shirts and 1 who is in favor of using the brand items then koutons is the best brand to wear....but something wired I feel about the company is that it has discount always but I have notice very recently that there was 80% discount as it was special offer for a Independence function...and I felt that the price on the item was very high...i.e the original price and after discount it nearly acme around to the price that it has to be.....
So I am confused that is it really a discount offer or just for a sake of discount they keep it...
If it is so then they are gambling with their customers...and if its not like that then its worthy to spend on brand like koutons...
Most of the stores cheat the customers in the name of sale, 50% off and lot of discount schemes. This one was a good deal. Buy two and take three free. However one thing that bothered me a little was the price as it was priced very high. I bought a pair of Jeans for my boyfriend, 2 cotton pants, 1 cotton shirt for myself and 1 silk shirt for myself again.
My bill amount was Rs.2800. I have to tell you that the products are really good and it was a good bargain. The products are really good and we felt comfortable in the clothes that we bought from Koutons. If you are planning to update your wardrobe then this is the best place (only when the offer is there). The only thing that I was little dissatisfied was that there were not much collections for women.
I wish they could do something about it.
