Yes we are booked Room for 3 day then we visited Lodge is in Good place, but there lodge staff is very Rude and undecent, Rooms is not more well, And hot water specialitys not ther Rooms is very poor but prices is very high near kalaget bar very disturbenc for family staying, this lodge good for visiting with friends group family  not ok

We booked this hotel from booking.com & after reaching there we found that we have done a mistake. Hotel staff is very very rude, while the time of check in we told him that we have an online booking & we have print out as well but their staff started arguing & they were not accepting it. We opened our email at their computer & showed everything. So, after so much of argument they some how accepted it.

That was no enough they were not giving us good room service as well, we called them lots of tiem for just a normal tea & they were like who cares. Food was very pathetic & not hygenic at all.

Its really horrible place, if you are planning to enjoy than please avoid this hotel. Book a good hotel, where you can have fun with your friends and families
