We bought this cooler 4th april2024 , within 20 days water leakage started and built quality of cooler is very cheap... its not worth of 11k rs , honeycomb portion strt shaking once we fill the water and drag it to another place.. please don't buy this particular cooler of kenstar

I try to connect with service center and I call around 50 times and they didn't pick the call.
Bought kenstar water heater, It started leaking after 6-7 months.
I registered a complain as it is in warranty period, Nobody takes care of your complain. It is almost 4 months over to call them again and again but nobody care about it . I have not seen worst service like this in my life till now . Their managers gives commitment

Hlo guys , today I want to share my reviews about kenstar. In my opinion it is a good company it bought thr kenstar cooler and it is really good , it does not make any noise and runs smoothly. It gives home service if any part get damaged within 1 year.it has good and simple style with black and white colour. It is very easy to use.it has a coiple of good features.

Well I am really sued with the service response they have given . I lodged a complain about my cooler and they responded with a email which had a date and the contact details of the guy and said that he will turn up on that date . Well the guy did turn up on the given date but he was unable to solve the problem and he said he need to replace something and would come tomorrow and left . He didn't came tomorrow I tried calling him many times but he didn't received it . Again I complaint about the incidence but this time there was no response . I just hate their services and would not recommend anyone .
Im this this cooler from 2 years even though it is looking like a new one and working like a best one we use water in air coolers to get cool air right but this one never consume more water I will put water in it for once in 4 days many of them say that they pour water in their air coolers once in a day the swing of the air cooler is also gud swing of my old cooler failed before one year and this kenstar cooler is also consuming less electric power and this is little in size what we are using if we have little place in our home we can keep this cooler at the outside window of our home it is the best product
SINCE I WAS USING KENSTAR MIXER GRINDER 15 YEARS AGO AND STILL THE MIXER GRINDER WAS IN WORKING CONDITION. THE MAINTENANCE COST OF THIS EQUIPMENT WAS VERY LOW. IN TERMS OF MACHINE RELIABILITY WAS BIT SLOW BECAUSE THIS IS A 15 YEAR OLDER MODEL AND TODAY TECHNOLOGY WAS SUPERB AND FAST.
BUT IN CASE OF LONG LIFE THAT PRODUCT WAS SO IMPRESSIVE AND STRONG. THE SERVICE OF KENSTAR WAS TOO GOOD AND IT WAS VERY NICE EQUIPMENT FOR KITCHEN. IT WAS EASY TO USE AND SIMPLY PLUG AND START. IN THIS GRINDER 3 LEVEL OF ROTATOR ROTATES. THIS PRODUCT BUY AT THAT TIME WAS 1200 ONLY.
I think kenstar is not as famous as other brand but it's products are really good. I have a kenstar turbocool DX type cooler and it's give very cool air. My experience with kenstar is really good and I recommend you that please give him one chance.
One more thing in market very duplicate type products is also present and I just say please save yourself.

Lodged Compalint on 14 april 2017 Complaint No. BAN1404170083. Till today i.e on 07.05.2017 made more than 200 calls to call centre No. 08039404040. whenever I call them they give the same reply that they are giving reminder , they are escalating the issue. They also gave me Mobile No. of the concerned person like Rajeev 9972367245, samuel t non of them lift call, Ashad 7288880560 never lifted. call today they gave me No. of Mr. Ramesh K N Mobile No. 7090161116 he also do not lifts call. This is the status of my complain.
Hello Friends, Am using kenstar brand air cooler for summer in my office using lost 2months good cooling total room in size its looks smal but gives awesome cooling in hot summer its brand in A/C & Air cooler, I prefer to all of you to take to your home and till know no issue am faced with kenstar cooler, futures of my cooler is remote control system and extra cool option and automatic timing opition available brand with 1year warranty, thank you.
I had purchased Kenstar microwave oven from Next stores, Korum Mall Thane( Maharahtra) . After a week Kenstar could arrange to send a person for demonstartion. During demonstation it was found that during convection mode it was making lot of noise.
We had purchased on 5/11/11, till date nobody has turned up for rectifying or replacing the same in spite of various follow ups with dealer as well as manufacturer.
It seems Kenstar does not care for his customers
I have purchased a kenstar microwave from Tirumala Music Centre at Hyderabad where there was an offer for last Diwali. But in-spite of our calls, no body turned up to give a demonstration or no detailed manual is supplied along with the microwave.
I want to know if any manual is available online.
I am not able to make use of the microwave to its full utility. At least the company can provide with a CD on how to make use of the functions, like cooking, baking, grilling etc.
Product is ok but only service is bad they should respond immediately. When I had a problem recently, we had to call them number of times. for a small problem, we had to take the microwave to the dealer.
If they want to promote the product, they should definitely improve the service and provide detailed manuals. This is my suggestion.
It is seen that many people are facing the same problem.
