I had purchased mercury motherboard PIH61T showroom from chandani Chowk street market kolkata-72 for Rs 3400 with 3 years warranty in 8 Feb 2021. After few months in July 2021 mercury motherboard stopped working with no display problem. I gave mercury motherboard to service center on july 8 as per submitted product email from Kaizen Infoserve Pvt Ltd in kolkata. They returned me after 2 weeks on July 30 2021 as per email record. After 2 weeks of running, mercury motherboard gave same no display problem. This time service center did not take motherboard for repair. Instead they blamed me for damaging motherboard. They took motherboard inside room and told me they want check it first. They took motherboard in inner room away from my visual contact and came back to show me damaged CPU Socket pins of motherboard. Earlier they had checked motherboard before my eyes before sending to service center in Bangalore for repair. I told them why they took away motherboard away from my eye contact why did they not check

motherboard in front me as they had done before. They did not listen and only said that I was somehow responsible for damage cpu socket pins which is not under warranty and they will not repair now. I now feel cheated with loss of service and motherboard. I wish company takes serious concern for its product and services to gain trust from customers
