I am a student of JNV sangrur . It is not only a school it is like haven for JNV students. It is fully free of cost even geometry boxes are given to children in free . Every year JNV select 80 children form a whole district. They all are intelligent guys. They had cleared the exam of JNV School . JNV's are the best multipupose schools in india.

Jawahar navodaya vidyalaya is a very god school for children . it is a residential schol. admission open from class 6th. the school itself starts 6th onwards you can take admission in classes 6th, 9th, 11th also . they provide children with proper care and also have neat and tidy hostels for boys and girls both seperately. there are many opportunities life games, arts, music, academics. its a very nice platform for children

As like other jawahar navodaya school it has also got a good place in other private competative school  with realible fees and good faculty.i personaly like its hostal discipline and its golden rules.but little bit dissapointed by fooding and canteen

As my son also studied in jawaharlal navodaya Vidyalaya so I know the standard education of jawahar navodaya Vidyalaya. you can get admission in jawahar navodaya Vidyalaya from 6th, 9th , 11th standard. Javahar navodaya vidyalaya this is the place where children grow up and groom their personalty under their guidance of their teacher, they learn how to face the world how to live in this competitive era. In jnv student get admission from class 6th, 9th and 11th too.

They have to live in hostels as boarding schools where government of india will pay the whole cost of their living and other expenditure. This is a good scheme by government of india to educate the poor children who have the talent and they want to study .
