Well I am another frustrated customer with this laptop retailer IT Mall Shivaji nagar pune. Bought a compaq latop a year ago from this IT Mall Had a problem with it , a blue screen and cdrom not working. Approached IT MALL to resolve it. and wonderfully these guys point me to an address of the compaq service center.
Well this is annoying , after you have bought the laptop from this MALL and they pointing you to another address. Had to raise my voice a little for the service and get the laptop fixed. Later he agrees to get it serviced in a week's time. Now the phone call war starts. After following up this IT MALL for nearly 3 weeks , every call the person pointing you another.
Finally land up at the showroom to checkout the scene, well this tall sales guy is very keen on fighting , rather he should have been in the kolhapur wrestling camps.he dares to tear of the compaq service center address on the wall and hand it to me. well cool , these guys later call up , and softly ask me to collect the laptop from the showroom , saying the compaq service center has returned it , as irrepairable and need you in person to check the warranty.
I immediately head of to the service center to check out and find out in their databases that these IT MALL rascals had never shipped the laptop for servicing . well a clean lie on customer service.I guess the sales guys are trained to bullify the customers. These companq guys had no problem and have promised to fix it in a 4 days time.
Sugestion: visit the showroom to enquire rates and have a look at the display. be assured of no service from IT MALL. if you purchase a laptop from ITMALL, I wish you good luck. cheers
