Intex 7.6 kg Semi Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (WMS76FT)

I am very disappointed with this product. In just one month tune the drain stopped working and the spinner is not functioning properly. I have been trying to contact customer for the last week but no one is responding.

On finally contacting customer care they are saying that even if it is on warranty they cannot fix the product.

My advice is not to buy this product at all.

From before also I am saying that Intex company has a good quality of products range instead of their mobiles their mobile phones are not of good quality or we can say that their battery backup is not much or there's Android version is lower than the today but now Intex company had made a good name in the leds washing machines air conditioners. Etc.

Hands up scene it's washing machine it was the ever best washing machine I have bought to my home it has a good look it has a drum like design a hard core body it has noise free spinning it has many features like salt water technology that it can wash its clothes in minimum water also it also has smart power saving system which saves my light bill and and love me to spend less money on that it has a 5 years warranty on wash motor and 2 years of comprehensive warranty on all over the product which service it also has unique pulsator design for quick washing and best washing of the clothes it also has caster wheels for easy mobility from here to there it is the best machine have also saying we can also arrange clothes in that machine retailers is also has a 20 minutes soap function it has three wash programs it has 5 minutes timer off spin timer and also it has a total 35 minutes of watch timer with 20 minutes of soak timer in 8 and 15 minutes of washing timer it is a very good quality of Mercy latest transfer and blades while we can see what is happening inside in the machine by machine is on it has a good quality of spin system which makes very less noise it also has a buzzer inbuilt after washing clothes it was me that my work is over it is a very good quality product everyone should buy this company product only thank you

We brought this washing machine this year and since then it has only disappointed and annoyed us.

Poor quality design and the materal coated is plastic which also deteriorates. Gets jammed even with flowing water and can't take more than 5kg of clothes. Before buying they claimed that it can load upto 6.2 kgs of wet clothes. Not at all user friendly.

Due to its poor performace I don't think this machine can have much lifetime. I will be surprised if it exceeds the 2year warranty period. There is no sense of sustanability and don't get feeling of durability.

It vibrates too much like a dead machine and can't be handled unless you have patience.

Just like its functioning the look is dull too and there's no sense of design in this plastic oriented product.

This product is serviced more than 5 times now since we have purchased it. Even the customer support and assistance is pretty unsatisfying as they take much time to get the product repaired. Don't waste your 11k on this crap, You will get much better and comfortable washing machine at that lump sum price.

I would never ever want any to buy this product and would never recommend this product to any one, as we bought this product it was of really very bad quality of product initially when buying it the demo was really good and found it very impressive but when we started using this product it was not at all producing good quality of wash the dress were not that clean as it should be while we wash manually, overall a very bad product from intext

For every one life money is a matter everbody looking chiep & best. my suggetions try it. How looking money is matter & quelity go to store ask intex its super. Very good service from company. I am using this can say go to store ask intex. Only one things top cover is not so strong but bad, for small family its good.
