Intel corporation is the one of the famous corporation in which they make a proceasora related to the pc.The intel has make a mainly three processor to run the os fastly i.e intel i3 , i5 and i7 in this i3 processor has been running in some low cost laptops like dell inspiro 15 5000 series with alow cost with 2.00 ghz speed and i5 processors are costly these processors are mainly in dell and hp with costs of 50000 laptops with 2.4 to 3ghz and ram of 8gb and i7 processors are about high end and latest version processor it will present in dell laptops of high cost of 60000 and above price and in this company most of the employers are doing job as well and the customer service is trusted and safe

Intel is the brand well known globally in the technology segment.

This is one of the most trusted brand among all computer lovers, but unfortunate to say that the brand made one of such loyal user like me upset, 2 year ago when I got myself the Intel main board(Intel® Desktop Board DH55TC) or computer motherboard for the system compatible with the processor I used, hardly a quarter pass than the device started harassing with circuit malfunctioning, and it not only started causing problem but it continues with same symptoms every half n year after, almost 30 to 45 days it remains away from my system every six months time in the cause of repairing, Intel didn't even bother to replace rather it keep on repairing the same circuit board.

I suggest to give a second thought if you're about to purchase your next PC accessories related to Intel original product, last time I had Asus Chipset which delivered at a stretch 4.5 years after I upgraded my system all over again. Asus Chipsets board to me is far better than Intel original main board.

Intel has revolutionized the computer world. It has brought a great change by enabling every one to use powerfull computers.Computers, processors or any thing related to pcs intel is the solution for me and the whole world

I am using 2 pcs and 2 laptops all of them are running intel processors chipsets.

It is recommended to each and every one who is even thinking to buy any computer

Intel just need some work in graphic chip development .

When it comes to Computer/Laptop Processors, Intel is the baap of all the companies. There is no comparison and replacement for the Intel Processors. From Pentium series to I3. I5, I7 series, Intel has revolutionized the world with the smart and powerful processors to make our pc's powerful helping us to execute our work faster. There is another big companies in processors i.e AMD but still it is no way near to the innovation of Intel.

Intel is highly recommended for your Daily Computing Needs.!

Please note that my review is focused on Intel Motherboards not Intel Processors. Processors work just fine but motherboards are piece of crap.

There is something you all shall know about Intel which I learned the hard way-

1- Repair/Replacement take 20-25 days normally. Their own customer care openly admits it. If your board is older than a year than the replacement may take 35+ days.

Compare this with other companies who replace motherboard within same day or 2-3 days at most.

2-Intel motherboards are 20-30% more expensive, have less features and are made of cheaper parts. Intel uses cheap capacitors and sells its motherboards at premium price.

3-Intel motherboards CANNOT be overclocked. This is an ridiculously stupid restriction and actually just an cheap way of cutting cost. Oh and Intel mobos have worst bios as they dont include failsafes.

4-Worst customer care. Wont listen to your complaints.

5- Idiotic repair shop. After 30 days when I got replacement mobo it was WRONG MOBO. They sent me wrong mobo of same product line. Mine mobo had PCI-E slot for my Graphics card but this one had no such slot! How irresponsible can one be? I simply traded that mobo and bought an MSI motherboard.

Avoid Intel motherboards at all costs.

I was very happy when I decided to upgrade my PC and I went to Binary Systems in Indira Nagar to buy the system.. When I paid the money dealer told me that he will get the all the things by evening so I went in evening to get the material and then I called up the engineer at my home for assembling...

When he opened the motherboard pack he noticed some of the pins were bend on the motherboard and he asked me to inform the same to the Dealer immediately and I did the same in approx 20 min from the delivery as the dealer was closing the shop he said come back tomorrw and check the same...

I went to his shop next day to show him the same he said I will have to inform the same to the Intel support first and then I called up the customer care to check on the same they took all the details and told me to handover the faulty piece to the delaer and pick up the new one from him as the same is in warranty, I went to the dealer and asked for the same, he said that I will have to take the same to the Intel Service Center as he doesn't have any confidence on support whether Intel will replace the same or not and doesn't want to take any risk...

Customer care executive was on call till then and I told her the same she said then its a physical damage and they can't replace the same (I don't know where the physical damage thing came from) after fighting for 1 hour her manager agreed take the defective piece for check up (???) I sent the photos for the same to the customer care immediately but I got response well after few days till then I lost the hopes....

Still I kept my follow up going on and at last I got a response that I can give th same to the service center for the replacement... I went till Infantry Road to give the same and executive told me that I will get the replacement for the same within one week...

And finally after one week I received a box piece (not in the same box piece) I was relived looking at the piece thinking that I got the replacement as there was nothing mentioned on the box or the courier letter attached to that, but when I opened the box I saw the same old mother board was returned back to me without even providing any reasons or any confirmation on the same...

Its frustrating to see the customer care (?????) Like this.... No care for customer... I will take the legal cource now... Guys remember one thing on intel products there is no guaranty on warranty....its all fake... Please stay away from such a cheater company....

Please help me anyone whom i can escalate this issue in intel before filing the case in consumer court......

So this customers' Intel Core 2 Duo processer (SLAPP MALAY, 2.66GHZ/6M/1333/06, Q747A390) gave up the ghost within a year of purchase. "No problem, i'll just contact intel customer support ans see what they do about this under the warranty plan.", I thought. Got a case (8822411) and a replacement order number (1001849704) created through their Live Chat service, and submitted the cpu for screening at Intels' authorised service centre, in person, here in Hyderabad - Redington, Somajiguda on Jan 12th '09. So far so good.

A week later, I inquired after the case to know that the cpu has reached the depot and was under screening. Ten days later, got an update on Live Chat that the order may not be processed without the Fan/Heatsink, as mentioned in the mail. Excellent. To my question as to why Redington didn't point this out then and there and refuse the cpu without the Fan/Heatsink in the first

place, and that being intels' authorised service centre shouldn't they have been aware of this rule, support offered as reasons: (a) The rule is clearly mentioned in the order notification mail sent to you (b) Redington is only a service centre. (notice the sudden emphasise on only).

However the support personnel budged after a while and advised me NOT to send the

fan/heatsink, and that the order shall be processed regardless. Cool. At the end of two weeks (the minimum period intel asks for cpu replacement orders), all I got was "We have no updates yet. Please get back after 48 working hours". It's the 23rd day now and the wait continues, 48 working hours after painful 48 working hours.

What's worse is that the support keeps going back and forth on whether the order would be processed without the fan/heatsink or not. So far i've asked them:

(a) if it's a policy matter not to process a cpu replacement order if fan/heatsink are not sent alongwith, why did the cpu even go under the screening process? Shouldn't the appropriate response have been returning it back to me right at the outset?

(b) why does intel insist upon simply sitting on the faulty cpu ever since it was submitted on Jan 12th if they don't intend to replace it?

(c) Just what are my options? Predictably enough, i've never got any answers to these questions. The support guys just keep mum. The matter was purportedly escalated on the 16th day (Jan 19th), but with no visible results. Had another hopeless chat just this morning. Nothing, again. No updates, just those monotonic, cut & dried meaningless assurances these monkeys are trained to give, and even those are getting less and less frequent after each passing 48 working hours.

Here's the chat log (with excruciatingly long pauses between replies), if anyone cares banging his/her head against this wall of text. While people on the streets toil over nothing, these monkeys get paid for doing nothing; Hmm, I wonder:

I recently bought a new PC at S.P.Road Bangalore. I have a Intel FSB33 motherboard with 8MB L2 cache and Intel 3.2 GHz Core2Duo Processor.

Today I ran into some problem with my PC. When I power on my PC, it keeps rebooting without any display and without responding to any of my input devices. Since, I had a warranty, I called up their customer care where they had no idea what was going on. They have asked for 15 Days just to isolate my problem.

This is out rightly ridiculous.  They do not  know the reason for the issue and their so called 3 years warranty is a pain in the . I would suggest you guys to look for some better yet cheaper alternatives such as AMD. But with AMD, it keeps slowing down your performance with every next day (Experience from my Old PC).

So, we just have to wait some Google like company to come up with some sensible processor, I guess.
