Indigo Interiors, Bangalore

After I had wrote a review on indigo interiors a few weeks back, David himself came over personally and got few defects corrected. So my revised opinion is:

Kitchen cabinets design and quality is good. I had enquired in quite a number of places (hometown, reliance, home center, benedittos, cuicina etc) before deciding on Indigo. I found Indigo prices to be reasonable and economic. Also, they completed and delivered the work within promised time (i.e 5 weeks). Overall, am happy with the kitchen work. And Ravi was very helpful in advising the color combinations and handles etc.

I also had got wardrobes done for my 4 bedrooms. Am really not happy with the work. Reason being there is a lot of gaps in few wardrobes. I feel the door is not perfectly straight. When pointed out, David said he will fill it up with white cement. But practically nothing could be done. And he gave little discount on the wardrobes.

MY ADVISE: If you are planning for getting the wood work done, please get it done BEFORE final round of painting and acid wash of granite. I got it done after painting and in so many places there is lot of scratches on the wall, paint has gone off and I can see extra adhesives sticking to the wall. Hope this is helpful. Cheers!

I'm surprised about the comment as, I have done my wood work from Indigo interiors 3 yrs back, I liked  the quality of work what he has given me and I'm convinced with the rates also. 6 months back I called David for service he responded and sent the carpenters next day itself. The issue is only with the screws.

You can trust David for quality of work and response to the service works.

Indigo Interiors on Kundanhalli gate(Bangalore) run by David is total cheat. They promise lot of things but deliver nothing. I had my interior work done by them but now suffering at their hands. They used such a low quality of woods and Mirrors that everything is coming off after 4 months.

David used to tell me we will provide good service even after completing task and full payment for his job. But he is like a cheat and refused to attend to any complaints whatsoever. My Mirrors are cracking off from the bolt points, but this guy says he has no responsibility for that.

Please be careful of this guy as he talks cunningly initially and does all shoddy work and would not deliver as per the promise. If somehow you are caught in his trap then do hold his 30-40% of money till 6 months as by then you will start seeing all issues and thats when he tries to escape.
