The company has gone bankrupt and have stopped paying vendors over a year now .”N” number of traders have closed shops due to Indiaplaza and no one has taken action. Is this incredible India can’t believe this but that’s true. Co’s like these pay bribe and get the license to run businesses, but ultimately the sufferers are us Indians and traders who have to close businesses because of companies like Indiaplaza. This is a Multi crore scam thousand and lakhs of traders are impacted by Industry cheat Vaitheeswaran, founder and CEO of the coMercado Online Pvt Ltd(Indiaplaza)

Indiaplaza the reputed brand, run and managed by industry expert and pioneer Vaitheeswaran, founder and CEO is under big crisis.

The company has stopped paying it vendors and there are “n” numbers of vendors whose payments are on hold due to unavailable of funds.

The reason provided by great “Damager” of the company is that there are expecting funds from Mr Param who’s in USA to sell the stake of the sinking ship.

I am also backend service provider of Indiaplaza and our more than 5 lks is outstanding which Indiaplaza is unable to pay due to unavailable of funds and company is asking for us for some settlements.

Raising my Voice legally and sending notice to Indiaplaza.

• Why such irresponsible people should be given position in industry who cannot answer a vendor on the outstanding payments.

• We need to educate others to not to compromise and get into the trap of Mr Vaitheeswaran.

• Vaitheeswaran is talking about integrity of industry and providing services in industry but he's not able to manage his own baby.

• I have personally read articles about his Point of view on E-Commerce industry but all goes in vain if you are not the follower of standards made by you.

I call other vendors to Join the group to fight together with such cheats of industry.

I had bought a few items at Indiaplaza earlier. Reality stuck me only this time. I ordered an item on 15th of January 2013 and the item has not even been shipped till date. When I raised tickets in their customer support link, no one responded. Now my daily job is raising ticket and waiting patiently for someone to call back. Moreover, when we try calling their helpline (not even tollfree), every time there will be 10-13 persons waiting time.

Normally after 20-30 minutes our number comes to 3rd in line, and then there is a long long waiting time, there wont be any response at all. I only hear music and nothing else. No one picks my call. I am 100% sure this customer care is a sham. They have installed a device which gives an illusion of the customer moving in line. However if he/she is patient enough to wait till his turn, then once he reaches till that point he is engaged even more till he disconnect.

I am really dissatisfied with their customer service team, and would not recommend others! I also plan to complain in customer court as I have wasted so much money on my call itself.
