The HR department was pathetic.
They provided an offer which is not agreed upon initially without any communication or negotiation. Then they provide some reason to dodge you phone calls or emails.

Top management is completely blind and can't see the unethical practices by mid management, speaking truth and giving suggestion is the biggest blunder one can ever do and have to face to consequences. The company is perfect for incompetent and non performers. HR are horrible specially Niti Seth, the most distracting element. Any time this old lady comes to the bay and start laughing like a giant, she always asks silly and inappropriate questions with her team members like was your husband your first love or when was your first kis. She is most undeserving employee for any organization. Trust me, Indecomm deserves such type of employees only.
Even bosses ask experienced employee with almost 40K-50K salary to do unproductive data entry work which usually freshers do with a salary of 15K-20K.
BUTTERING IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS AT INDECOMM.
Managers treat the employees as slaves she unworthy for the post she's keep grudge on the employees And they won't take care of employee
Whatever she's tell you have to listen if you won't or if your trying explain her then it means digging the ground and falling in hole
I had joined this company thinking that I will have a good growth and all. But my Manager is a type in which she s not worth for it she never gives holiday if it is emergency also. And the salary will not come on time.Every month there is loads of deductions which no IT or Non IT company has.
People are not trust worthy here. If you are on phone and talking people directly share to the VP and others.Work Environment is pathetic.you don't feel like working no proper canteen.food is limited.no neatness in the company.
I was tech lead in Notebook Team. Its a good company. It was a short time in the team however felt the learning in architecture was immense. It has given me a good exposure.
Good and can be improved much better. recommend their e-learning products very much esp lms. wish to offer better solutions and great satisfaction in coming future.
