It depends on the team you work. The TL is who is working in my team is worst, he is the wordy person I saw in my entire life. First thing is you shouldn’t question him , when you question him he will keep personal grudges in you. He takes credit for your work. And even during appraisals he favours people who accepts every word with him. He treats us very cheaply. And forgot about manager he is more worse than TL he stays in Bangalore and manages the team in Vizag , he never knows who works and who don’t if he fix someone is is working he believes only that person works others don’t work . Even if he has the work data it doesn’t matter to him.And some times we didn’t feel like it is a corporate office we feel more like a school. If we question about this they will quiet fire you and make you feel like very bad as they will eventually lower your hike and made you feel low with others. Manager always gaslight you and always micromanage. My advice to ceo is first listen to your employees know what is happening
