I feel this review is:
IKEA India Customer Care team is the most inefficient I have encountered so far. They are least bothered about customer support.
Since May-2024 inspite of innumerable number of calls, chats, emails, escalations etc., refund has not been credited to my bank account against Ikea credit note issued against goods returned.
Customers must think ten times before placing an order on Ikea India.

On February 18, I placed an order. On February 24, I received my order, but it was missing three things, all of which were the same. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on them, but I needed them. When I called customer service, I was informed that these three things would be refunded within 7-14 days. There hasn't been a refund yet, and contacting someone has been a nightmare. I'm not going to buy anything from them again.
