IFB TL 85SCH 8.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine

I have purchased a clothes washing machine from Nandilath G Mart Kannur. They said IFB officials will contact me for installation. They have not contacted so far. I enquired the supplies, they repeat that IFB will contact me. There is no news even after 28 hours. Before purchasing I insisted to get it insalled immediatly, as I want to leave for Bangalore to night and want my dresses washed and dried.

My parents have IFB washing machine and machine was working fine. There is only some water leaking from tap issue so they called IFB washing machine technician. He told my parents to replace some parts and gave 6000 quote. Once he opened it, he insisted to replace more parts and done repairs in 10000

Now after repairs, washing started leaking water. My parents called many couple of times and each time you guys charged 800 for service. Your technicians broke working washing machines and charged 10, 000 and now still want more money. This is the worst customer service ?? ever

I would like to raise this problem to IFB service manager or supervisor. Please transfer this information to managers or supervisor

We purchased this looking at the hype it had. Didn't even last for an year, their service is one more huge scam.

IFB sharing customer details to third-party vendor, it's annoying getting too many calls for service .. they come and sell their products and accessories ..no service to be done .

Worst machines are being provided by IFB. Customer service is way poor than you ever think. Machines can stop working anytime even after several repairs, their warranty/guarantee everything is vague. It’s a scam, the company does nothing but fraud with people by selling such.

IFB machine 3 mahine phle hi li hai. Koi bhi function thik se kaam nahi kar raha. Complaint ke baad bhi koi urgent action nahi liya. My experience is very bad ??. Brand name sun kar 1st time Inka product washing machine Li hai. In future mai kisi ko bhi recommend nahi karungi. Service bhi achchi nahi hai

IFB is a very fraud company. I suggest you to never purchased any product of this company. Their product service quality is very poor. I found some problem in my washing machine and I file a complaint in their customer care. After they change all three PCB in my washing machine but problem is still same in machine. Then they said ki Machine aise hi work karti hai.. to maine kaha ki aapne phir PCB kyun change ki ki to kehte hai ki woh technician ko laga tha ki problem hai.. to usne change kar di.. per PCB badlne se koi fark nhi padega.. maine consumer forum pe complaint ki to wahan pe jhot mention kar diya company ne ki problem solve kar di...

Good working long time washing powerful motorIFB customer harassment centre I should say. We exchanged the old machine to a new one n then started the plethora of calls for service almost every alternate days. I got the first service done and it was not updated in their system. Calls came for the old washing machine as well both on the regular phone and alternate phone numbers.I have been explaining to them that the service was done . Today a man came home to “service “the recently service machine. There is no coordination within the customer care centre. Outdated software support I guess. But this is pure harassment. They call afternoon exactly when u go into deep sleep ??

I can say it’s just average for use. I Have Use This Machine It’s Electronic Part Is Very Bad But It’s Durablity Is Normal

I suggest people not go with IFB washing machine.

Call Center person have called me yesterday offering free service for my washing machine. A guy has visited my home and checked filter and other part and also opened out the filter and other drain pipes, he informed everything looks good. Once he left the place and after few hours when I switched on the washing machine water started to leak from washing machine

I have immediate called that guy, he told he will be able to come only in afternoon, when I called to office who has sent this guy they informed that he would send somebody by early tommrow. I have waited till evening and no one has turned up, when I try calling customer care they don’t receive any calls

IFB during the free service only tries to sell the washing powder and filters

For more than a month, I have been trying to get my newly purchased ACs serviced & repaired through numerous contact on customer care, dealer & service centre but replacement of part under warranty is still pending. Worst is that Jai Laxmi refrigeration, their authorised service centre every day lies with a new deadline but replacement of Fcu is pending for last 20 days. I have had most pathetic experience with ifb product.
