IDFC Home Loan company does not have many adequate number of branches where the customers can avail their online services from. Their services are very good otherwise.

This home loan company is one of its kind that offers online sanction of loan within 8 hours. They have good interest rates in their floating and fixed interest rates schemes.
This home loan company has a best feature in which if the bank accounts/ credit card are linked then we can just call up their customer care and do a balance transfer over the phone itself.

The customer service at this place is terrible and their follow up was not good at all.
There are a number of fees associated with taking a loan from them and it turns out to be very expensive.
IDFC Home Loan company charges heavy MODT charges and the worst part is that it does not remain the same and keeps on changing up to 0.5%of Home Loan amount.
There were a lot of hiccups to get the loan through and the employees of this bank seem very lazy and unmotivated.
The home loan that this bank offers is a multipurpose loan and can be used for renovation, reconstruction and a lot more for your flat.
I applied for this home loan online, but I did not get any response from their online agents so I decided not to go with them.
Despite having excellent credit score and having no debt from the past account, this home loan company did not fund for my loan because somehow my loan did not make sense to them.
I have a raised a concern with this bank regarding my loan documents on May 16th and while I am writing this review My simple concern has completed a month time.
This has happened every time you asked them for any documents, even if its a statement they take at least 5 reminders and a month time, Only the CEO escalation has left in my case, so far no response.
Don't put your money at risk and avoid any loan as your documents will be in wrong hands.
