Hotel Tulsi, Civil Line, Jhansi

I had been to this hotel while my trip to Uttar Pradesh.My stay in this hotel was not so worthy.Although the rooms are clean and tidy but the bathrooms look very weird and improperly sanitised.It was not expected from a Guest house that it had unsanitised bathrooms of careless cleaning.The bathroom faucets were broken and the flush did not work.Bathrooms were so poor and hazzy.After seeing these conditions I had called the guest service to have the issue resolved but the guest service answered that after I leave the rooms they will fix these issues.Does answering a customer like this is worth a service? I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL.THIS HOTEL STAY IS UNHYGIENIC AND WORTHLESS.

Rooms are decent, they are clean n tidy good to stay, but bathrooms are not good .The room in which I stayed had a broken faucet which leaked and caused problems for me .In my two day stay at this hotel .I again and again complained about the faulty faucet, yet it was not repaired, they just tried to shift the work to some other day .The staff was not trained, and they were not polite to talk with .Thats why I would say working staff is not good .They is no one to hear your complaints .Guest services include nothing except room service and restaurant for guests.

The hotel is situated on the main road so there is always that noise of vehicles horns and the outside space of the hotel is also very dirty.So we dont get a calming atmosphere here.

The hotel is situated at the Chitra chouraha, Just about 1 km from the railway station, so its easy to reach .Food I didnt liked, its was okay, but I would not say excellent, for the price we paid the quality was low.then we could also not complain for that since we had no other option left except to eat in this hotel.

value for Money:No this hotel is good to stay if you wanna have a budget stay, but all those hassles which we get in this hotel is not worth money so No spending on this hotel .

Hotel is tulsi is the best hotel in jhansi in terms of less budget and facilities. I visited hotel tulsi 2 times during my trip to jhansi uttar Pradesh.

The rooms are well furnished and the floor is properly cleaned, TV is there for the entertainment, the hotel staff is so supporting.

Staff members are available In just one call. The speciality is good facilities in low budget . the ambience in restaurant is so good and food is also tasty and available in reasonable prices.

The staff of restaurant is so fast in preparing order. Overall the services are good and if you are going to jhansi so hotel tulsi is the budget hotel available in jhansi
