Hotel Summit, Udhnagam, Surat

I m soo much disappointed by their customer services and staff members as their attitude was soo negative with me!

I checked in at 21 jan and checked out at 23 jan!

And in that span of time I experience a lot of disappointment!

I called up their room service for cleaning my toilet as it was soo bad in condition and smelling soo bad but they didn't respond for more than half and hour then after 40-45 minute they came and cleaned it up which was soo disgusting!

Overall.

Their decor was good.

Ambience wasn't their in that hotel!

Their room quality is worst as mentioned above!

Their guest services are quite poor!

Their food representation and quality was good enough!

Atlast it wasn't a value for money kind of hotel!

Soo bad room services!

Hotel Summit is located near Sachin GIDC Surat

There is no hotels available for stay I fined this hotel after 1 hour but finally I got a good place to stay.

Room is very good with affordable price just 850Rs for double occupancy .

But if you are visiting with your vehicle than no parking available here .

Restaurant is available in this hotel on ground floor.

Food is just ok with affordable price.

And restaurant is fully pure vegetarian.

No wifi service available in this hotel .

Hotel is on Navsari Road, Unn .

Distance between Surat Railway station to this hotel is 12.5km but if you are going with train than no need to stay this hotel because lots of hotel is available on Railway station surat .
