I stayed in Hotel Silver Star - Srinagar for two days with my friend group . it is a big hotel in a beautiful location outside from Srinagar. Rooms were cleaned and spacious, bathrooms were properly cleaned and having hot water facility, view from balcony of room was beautiful but the staff of hotel was not that much good . they are maintaining a big hotel then they must take care about staff and services.
Breakfast was good, restaurant was just ok . service speed was slow . one big issue with hotel is that it is far from Srinagar so if you want to visit the Srinagar city then it is not a good option for you. If you are looking for a beautiful place outside Srinagar then this is the place you want but they seriously need to work on their services
