Hotel Poornima, Karwar

This is the worst veg Hotel I have ever visited, the manager at the hotel does not have any customer service ettiquittes. When I visited the restaurant was impressed to see a seperate menu card for ice creams, hence ordered a Sundae ice cream and after finishing a sizeable amount of the ice cream I find a big dead lizard in it which was completely frozen. When the lady server informed this to the manager he told her why did you get it to me to show go throw it. It was disgusting to see this reaction from the Manager to which I decided to write a review for this restaurant. NOt recommended at all

Poornima hotel is the best restraunt you can get to have delicious food I orderd a Veg Manchurian and the presentation was amaizing made my chef and they sereved in very respectfull manner and the food was more delicious and all type of food items are made there onnce I had orderd noodles and it was way more delicious than any other food and it was satisfactory time having such great food items to have im Poornima hotel me and my friends celebrated my birthday party in poornima hotel and was a memorable experience I wil reccomend if anyone have to come karwar you can go to Poornima hotel its the best place out where you can enjoy your food

This is a small joint run by the Prabhu brothers Raja & Arun. As far as my knowledge goes they were the ones to introduce Tomato omelette, Masal dosa, and Gobi manchuri to the people of karwar. Poornima also serves ice cream of different varieties under the brand name Poornima Icecream. GUDBUD is their specialty and was also a novelty they introduced to the Karwari.

For any one looking for quality north indian vegetarnian food and icecreams Poornima is the right place, where you get your money's worth for every rupee spent.

I have special memories of this place because, Ganga, pradeep, Jude, Prakash and I, along with other friends shared idli tove, batata bajji and tea daily during college days, mostly on credit.

Neither Arun or Raja drove us away even once.
