Hotel Pachmarhi Regency, Subhash Marg, Pachmarhi

We booked this hotel through OYO, when we reached the place the staff showed us the rooms, firstly it was not as shown in the pic, we thought we'll take it as we were tired and not in condition to find another one. Hotel staff said you have to park your vehicle in the parking then do the check in in half an hour as there were already occupied with previous travelers. When we returned from the parking with all our luggage the Hotel person denied of having any vacant room and said "nahi he yaha khali aap or kahi jaiye, jisko bulana he bulaiye, jaha complaint karni he kariye". We called in OYO helpline and complained. He also called a person who was OYO representative in Pachmari "Vikas Singh" who came and started supporting him instead of helping us, then we showed him the bookings and fought then he finally agreed to give us a room which was like a servant room or even worse. We became furious and wanted our room at any condition as there was no option in June's Peak time. He finally agreed to give the room but the service was even worse. We got a call from oyo helpline and they upgraded our booking to another hotel. We shifted to other hotel. "Vikas Singh" was standing there also and started blaming us, that why did you shifted the hotel, you are doing fraud and Blah Blah..He even forced to take all the booking amount in advance. We gave and did the check In. This was worst experience of Pachmari Hotel Regency and of OYO Representative "Vikas Singh". This is pathetic behaviour with the tourists. Oyo helpline was helpful tough. Thanks to OYO helpline but that person should be removed from this OYO brand as he will represent an extremely bad image of OYO.

Hii I am shikha from chhindwara it is near about 158km from here it was very great ecperience in this hotel , food sataff and infrastructure is remarkable .especially surrounding beauty is very nice .room service and staff is very good . it is really money saving to stay here in holidays.it is totally refreshing to you

An absolute gem in the hills of pachmarhi the hotel is more like a mini resort. The rooms are build clasic British arcitecture style with a made up attic. Very chiz furniture and a modern bathrooms we used to take a walk all the time amongst those huge mango tress or sit out in our porch just doing nothing the menu was limited but very god. I did not want to leave this hotel although I was here for good 3 days.loved our forsythe suite and moreover loved pachmarhi. Its a hill station full of surprice.would definiatly return.keep up the good work
