I am here to share my experience with Hotel prince , the worst hotel in rourkela .I went there about 9 months ago along with my family.I went to for meeting .So in order to visit other places we decided to stay in rourkela for one night ! Who could know that this would prove nightmare to us.
I went on booking Hotel Deepti as it was affordable and we were tired enough to find onother one.But everything went wrong! ?
1.Room quality - They promised us for ac rooms .But ac didnt worked well .When we went for complaining , they only procastinated their jobs .We waited for long , but no response came from their side.I was so burning hot month of may, we suffered a lot
2.Guest services - They dont provide any guest service .All we have to do on our own.They wont respond to our calls, and rude enough with guests
3.FOOD AND PRESENTATION-the hotel food could not be eaten, it was made up of such cheap quality products .We bought food from outside
4.AMBIENCE - the ambience is not good enough , hotel is not spacy! Foul smell always comes from corners .Dustbins are not properly managedThe floors were not clean ! Rooms were so small and not comfortable enough ! Bathrooms were so dirty and unhygenic
5.Totally wasted our money on Ac double rooms.
We are never approaching here , no matter what !
