I had a booking with these guys and directly went to the hotel for check in.The behavior of the staff was very arrogant. They had no professionalism at all, First these guys asked for valid ID proof and then denied for check in asking for more money by the counter guy.I m uploading the booking pic.plz guys don't be cheated with this hotel

A year ago me and my family went to Kanhipuram for family vacation and went to this hotel. The hotel was well maintained and flourished with decorative items.
The rooms they provided to us was very decent and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the blanket they provided was very soft, I slept there for 6 hours.
The rooms are equipped with LCD and coffee machine. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful tress and flowers, which looks amazing. The room service was very kind and humble to us. There breakfast was very delicious and provide quality food to us. We thoroughly enjoyed the courtesy of the hotel members.
