I stayed at Hotel Citi Residency with my family just for one day as I was here in this part of the city to attend one flat opening ceremony. In just one night stay, I could make out that there are other better options available in the city. Nor I nor my family liked the hotel because of the following main reasons:
1) The hotel was not much spacious though the outside view was looking satisfactory;
2) The ambience of the hotel was not at all impressive because of weak interior look and not proper cleanliness;
3) The staff panel is casual and approach is non professional. They were found to be mingling and giggling around the hotel which puts bad image;
4) Because of weak staff panel, the service was also not up to the mark. We had to call number of times for room services.
5) Food was also good with poor taste and serving;
6) Last, but not the least, the environment and decorum of the hotel was not family specific by witnessing the type of people visiting at this hotel.
All these factors induced us to vacate the room and stay at some other hotel Even the charges were bit on a higher side in comparing to the facility standard they were providing. It has not been a good experience to stay at this hotel by me or my family. There are other better hotels to opt for in this part of the city.
