Never came across such a worthless, pathetic and rude hotel. 4 star hotel.! Cant be even 1 star, pahargunje hotels are better. Rooms are just ok with dirty linens on bed and filthy towels. Bathroom’s water supply was strange during my stay as some taps had too much force and some had zero(we booked 2 rooms). Toiletries are pathetic(one small medimix soap. and thats it). Nothing is available as per food menu in room. Available food was pathetic, served cold and not hygienic. Deluxe rooms DO NOT have wardrobe, fridge, working electric kettle, seatable chairs and has a half broken window AC, broken desk, and a small tv.
People here are rude and unfaithful(all: reception guys, manager, supervisor and most of the senior staff).
Just avoid this hotel by all means.
