I love Hidesign Bags as they are good in quality and style. I use these bag for office. According to me these bags are simple, nicely stitched and attractive. I also have gifted these bags to my sisters and they love it. Hidesign bags are made according to the customer requirements. It has features like multiple compartments, comfortable pockets and adjustable straps. I would recommand to go and shop for these bags.

I liked this bag in myntra few years ago but didnt get it as it went out of stock. Hunted and got it in EA mall. Cute small powder pink bag. It compliments on my white clothes. Hidesign wallets are neat and sophisticated. Must buy.
BEWARE!
Please don't Buy. They are fraud. Selling Pieces with all defects. and making a fool out of public. They open in mall and sell the most third rate stuff. I have proof with pictures. Even their owner was contacted Vikas Kapur who didn't bother responding. Pathetic people and horrible products. BOYCOTT HIDESIGN. Then they will understand the importance of quality, customers. The bag they sold hangs on one side and leather is so poor quality that its all come off just within a month. Went to Ambience mall Gurgaon Store and there was no help provide. Same people who are honey and sweet when they have to sell stuff become the rudest when we approach with genuine Issues. Very Very rude Staff and Owner is also same, Doesn't care. Just busy making money. Please DONT BUY HIDESIGN. They are cheaters. fraudsters

I bought 25 K worth of Trolly from IGIA on 23-4-23. Obviously in a hurry to catch the flight;
they charged about Rs. 20 for a Paper bag that was neither required nor given.
The castors were not moving in Sync.
The worst: The Trolly did not have straps to hold the clothes. The clothes will fold up and crumple while traveling with the trolly.
They also made me buy a belt so that my billing crosses Rs.25K and I am entitled to extended warranty and polishing etc.
Upon returning from the Biz trip; I gave the trolly to MGF mall, with a request to arrange to fix the'straps'
within 2 days the store informs that nothing can be done(a simple job of fixing the strap)
-Wrote a mail to customer Care and explained that without this strap in one half of the trolly, I will not be able to use it for my travel.
CUSTOMER CARE has expressed its inability.

May be this is my last visit to Hidesign Pondy unless I get a resolution

The leather bag came with a CLOTH STRAP!!! Shame on you Hidesign!!! A leather handbag with a cloth strap!!!Really???? Horrible!! I will never ever buy your brand again.
Update: Managed to get in touch with them. They said they will give a full refund once they pick up the bag. Will keep you all updated.
We bought a ladies handbag from Hidesign shop in Ambience mall , Gurugram. Quality of bag lock is very poor and it gets opened by itself resulting in fall of stuffs kept inside . We went to the shop and informed about this. Shop person told us that it will take one month to get it rectified ( surprising) . Also she said you need to keep it completely full with stuffs like we do in the shop at display then it wil be ok . It shows very casual approach from such a reputed brand about customer service for such expensive items.
Never buy any product from hidesign website. They do not refund. Their 15day money back is hoax. It has been more than 2months without refund. Their customer service does not respond at all. Pay as charity only. They will not return. Don’t get cheated. DONT BUY
We had sent our Hidesign handbag for repairs to their store at Inorbit Mall in Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 15/10/2020.

I went to ambience mall, Gurgaon and happened to visit the Hi Design store. The price quoted for the average looking wallets was too high and besides one of the wallets which I narrowed down n enquired about had a price tag 2300 approx but I was told the price was 2500 plus( 200 more than the listed tag price! ) to which I asked why?
“The prices have increased and the tagged price is old”, informed the sales lady.

Returned a bag on 28th February, have not received the refund till today. No response from customer care mail or contact number , even after repeated mails and WhatsApp messages ( as advised in their website). What kind of business practice is it ?
Bag was bought in full price , not on discount, reason for returning is very very poor quality of that specific product , looked like a fake. I initiated the return process immediately, and was picked up by the company sent person / service.
Now, I am breaking my head to get my money back, its 43 days from the time of return. They don’t even have the decency to respond to my mail/ messages!! Pathetic experience
I was gifted a Hidesign handbag for my silver wedding anniversary by my husband in March, just prior to the lockdown in Chennai.
Given that the handbag was very heavy, we were keen to exchange the handbag at the earliest. However, we could not given my health and the prevailing situation where I was unable to take a risk and personally come too the store to select an alternative.
We went back to the store in July, when the situation was a little better but were told about the time limit for return - something not mentioned in the receipt. Apparently, this should have been communicated by the lady at the store at the time of purchase. The lady at your Ispahani centre was there last customer friendly. We were so taken aback by her reaction that we have left the bag at the store itself.
As customers of Hidesign for some decades now, it was hard to note how the brand has missed the customer friendliness and accommodating the changing needs given the current times. Need an exchange or refund for the INR 8000 spent.
The bag I purchased in March 2021, started using in August, has started to wear and tear like anything. the corners and edges look very old. The local bags I bought earlier for a lower price are way better in quality than this one. Totally disgusted. Moreover, wear and tear is not covered in their warranty policy, great!! Never recommend it to anyone!
I am a big bag lover, I bought bag from almost all indian brands baggit, lavie etc hidesign is the one brand which gives longevity.. if you want a wallet, bag which should stay with you for many years then buy from hidesign... the cost is bit high compared all other brands but this brands last for more time than others.. buy it during SALE time...????
Excellent product as expected from Hidesign. However it is very small in size, can't carry mobile in it. Quality is good, also looks stylish. these bags go well with both western and ehtnic attire.
Brought a laptop bag.defects observed with in a year. Service done and it wash just an eye wash. The defects appeared in just a month after service.
Requested Yelahakna RMZ galleria store manager to replace the bag. very rude behaviour, very poor response. Till date using a bad product after paying premium cost.
Wen I gave for service first time the store manager assured the defects will not reoccur. Now the store manager saying the same and agreeing to replace.
They are cheating customers by selling low quality and substandard products.
I recently bought a Hidesign bag online which was on sale on their website. The original price for a medium size bag was 7k and after discount it came up to 5k change. When I received the bag I was shocked to see the quality of the bag. this is happening to me for second time. Not worth the money you pay.

The Chennai store at VR Mall Vadapalani was giving me a 30% discount from Rs 10000 for a leather backpack.
There was no price on the backpack and they had handwritten the model name as D Flint.
As I'm from Bangalore, I called a store there and the rep told me that D stands for Defective.
Good thing I didn't buy it.

My friends gifted this bag for my birthday I loved it got so many compliments ! Long lasting , travel Friendly , durability is good ! Colour options are amazing ! Spacious as well ! Everyone would love to have a bag of hidesign ! Would love to purchase more and see ! their wallets so easy to carry ! Waterproof doesn't tear out ! Leather is suoer fine quality
