One my friend started her Villa's interior with Hi-tech interiors. Owner name is Joseph. He talks very nicely and promises everything in this world.  My brother had already finalized an interior person but then I intervened and changed. The main reason for us to change is the confidence that I got in him that he would drive the whole project with very minimum intervention by us. Its not abt selection but other co-ordination between the builders, your team and other activities apart from the interior which we had detailed discussion when we met at friends home. we have been  doing on-time payment whenever he asked for and complete payment was done well before. They are people of promises but never meet their promises.

I strictly recommend to NOT GO with this guy. All the materials used are very cheap. our Sliding doors are already gone. Modular Kitchen baskets are already out. Its just been 2 months. He had left so many works un-done and we are closing it with someone else. He has charged 4Lakhs for Modular Kitchen and two bedroom wardrobes. Our money is into drain is the honest feeling that I have. I am feeling bad that I screwed my brothers money.

I really wish you dont end-up here and write a similar frustrated review.

Totally unreliable guys. The owner Joseph talks nicely but when it comes to finishing the work he will not complete it and leaves the job shabby. They keep on asking for intermediate payments and donot follow the payment terms. During the end they will start using cheap material and do a shabby job. We need to spend lot of time in following up to get the last 20 % complete.

They take a huge amount of time to complete theur work and atribute the time to Quality...but the quality is so so.

I would recommend not to go with these guys

One of the sales person "Sebastian" "Hi-Tech Interior Decorator, No. 6&7, 2nd Floor, M K Street, Above Prem Motors, Shivjinagar, Bangalore - 560 051 " approached us for designing and installing the Kitchen wardrobes and rest of the interior. They collected the complete amount of 2 lakhs in advance and said they handle corporate solutions and reliable.

We checked their website and decide to go. We paid all the mount upfront. It was a mistake that we realised later.This site was in singasandra and we were styling in madiwala so going to the site every day was impossible. When we went on the first weekend to observe the work we were shocked. We were committed with marine play and they were doing all the work with block wood of low quality. When we pointed in out they are started rolling and giving stories. By the time we have paid the whole amount and don't have another options. They finished the work with low quality wood and broken mdf doors with no finish. The doors wont fit properly. Handles each one of them unique. When we ask for an explanation, they refuse to pick our call, refused to come to the site and we lost our hard earned money. Because we paid the whole amount. We did not know how this industry worked and paid the amount.
