Fraudulent date of joining and salary slip

I had accepted offer on 16th of August 2022 where my notice period was already going there in my previous organisation. They said they will change date of joining once you get it releaving letter. During the onboarding itself salary conflict happen and I decided to leave organisation where HR and Managers were aware and agreed.9th September i left. But in EPFO the made DOJ on 16th Aug also created bogus 5 days salary slip.they also did seperation from them themself from system which I got notification on my gmail. It's completely 3rd class company. HR sucks and management keep sleeping without any action. Never ever join this company. You will ruin your life.


Discrimination and biasness by trainer

I suffered a big time mental harrasment, threating in the washroom and discrimination during training and assessment by my trainer maria(Athena).


The trainer's favorite trainees cleared the assessments because of her full support and assistance(she personally gave their assessment), Whenever I asked questions, she ignored me like I am not there(not exist for her), during the training and assessment. Just because I don't belong to her religion and age group. And this is mentally very disturbing and kind of exploiting for me that such a thing is happening in such a renowned and reputed organization as Hexaware.


When I spoke to her training manager Genny and Ramya(Actually her friends) to look into this matter. They didn't give importance to my concern and took her side. They offered me an attempt but on one condition that Maria, my trainer will have the right to disqualify me while giving assessment. She is the one who did all this discrimination and biasness, obviously she will disqualify me. So I asked "why she, there is no-one else to assess me?", They again took her side. And Then They all (including Bhr Likita shetty) decided to put me in RMG(7 days at home and exit from the company). I was highly pressurized to say yes for RMG that moment.


My trainer represents the process and the company because after the interview and recruitment process, the recruit (new joiner) only has to deal with the trainer.


And I'm sure you're aware that if the trainer or any senior member engages in any such unethical behavior and approach toward new recruits, it can directly affect the company's reputation in a negative way.

The worst experience this organization only blowing their own trumpet if you want to grow suck a feet of higher level if u have compulsion to do a job literally you need to do suicide literally the worst experience i have this organization till training you feel better after they will show their real color in the name of rating they do a scam even this organization deserve one star

  1. Working for Indigo client and it is a worst toxic environment. No proper managers. they dont know what to do.




  2. its managed by delivery head Lalitha jayaraman and she behaves very unprofessional and rude with the team always.

no proper timings. will be asked to work on saturday and sundays and 12 - 14 hours daily have to work.


3.Felt very frustrated to work there. and employees will not be released from the project. If asked for release, you will be threatened by the HR along with that lady.


4.Additionally bench policy is worst. Only basic pay after 30 days of bench period.

Myself Ashutosh Chaubey & I have Been A staff of Hexaware Technologies at Ghansoli location, I joined it on 11-Oct-2021 and I left it without my salary on 12Nov2021.


The company manager asked me to leave my previous organisation just because I was not from the medical billing industry.


In his words I left my previous organisation, He told me it will be work from home till further notice and they were expecting it till the end of December which was not true.


Day 1 was my documentation & day 2 induction after that they asked me to come office & collect the system where I spent INR1300/- also wasted my time around 6hours just to get it packed because as like company they have their house keeping staff who all are very lazy.


They didn't reimburse my money not for carrying returning of their system, as well as my Internet, also didn't pay my salary.


After collecting it, my manager asked me to carry that system with me to Ghatkopar location to collect avaya where again I wasted my money.


Since I started working I don't know what problem their client had with me, He used to call me every day from day 1 every time he used to ask me questions related to their process on which I was getting the training from the operations and then client used to pinpoint me on one topic for more than an hours.


Even I had highlighted the same to my manager please give me training on the process because that client used to ask me questions where I every time fail to answer so instead of telling me on training, He used to say don't share with the client that you are not getting training over here because we have such a small process and there is no particular trainer.


These things were keep going and also my colleagues they used to enjoy when the client used to call and every time when they have seen client they always used to say "Tere liye call kar raha hai Client Utha Utha"


I just relocated to Ghansoli from Bhayander at company requirements, I paid the rent of a room in Ghansoli which was in vain. I gave my 22days to the organization for which I am not going to get the salary because on 12 November 2021, I got a call from my manager stating that I got negative feedback from the client about you that you have zero process knowledge I agreed and said, yes I do not have because I didn't get the training yet, He started saying today there will be client test call where he will ask you a couple of question-related to process and if you failed to answer any of them so there will be HR meeting and you may know what will happen.


Also, his words were there are 2 openings in our process and I don't want that to be changed into 3 so hope you will answer all the question's answer.


Already due to their process environment I started feeling suffocating.


And on the last call, he said all these things after knowing everything.


I would not recommend anyone to work in such company who ask their employees to don't share anything with the client and at the end, they also penalize you if they get any negative feedback after all even they know its not your fault and also since I left the organisation my manager started calling me and his last msg where he wrote to me that I have lied about training part.


So buddies please read it very carefully if you are looking to join Hexaware Technologies.


Such worst organization where I have worked, Specially the managers.

Any time they will throw, once project is completed, no job security


They deployed in client location, iqvia, we are treated and worked as slaves and, they miss used skills making us to work overnight, immoral and unethical behaviors towards juniors, worst worst experienced in 8 years of carrier.


They don't have any voice for speak with clients, managers are scared that if they said no to clients, the project may go back, ultimately employee should suffer, no support from any of hr or managers.

Hexaware Technologies is one of India's leading BPS/BPO and IT company with its head office in Mumbai and other units in Nagpur, Chennai and Coimbatore. Being a multinational company it has its offices across America, Russsia and Europe as well. Not a paymaster but quite a decent place to work and start your career. It has some really good  processes like Air Canada and FADV(first advantage).  First Advantage is world's leading background verification company and in HRO domain it is one of the coolest processes. Company provides nice and healthy environment to work along with pick and drop facility for employees working in night shift. It has good infrastructure with proper landscaping and canteen in majority of the locations. Proper medical and insurance benefits are provided by the company. Being a private firm job security and growth totally depends upon your performance. As long as you perform well you are safe. Concerning factor is continuous long extended working hours across most of its units without proper additional benefits. This is leading cause of high attrition rate in the company and management is simply failing to control it. Over all, company is good placeto start your career and will be a good learning experience.

I worked for eight years and one fine day for no mistake of mine I had to make an unceremonious exit. There were hundreds of such layoffs during the recession but the executive management and their one downs were not touched.


None of the Executive level people took lesser salary or any austerity measures made. No alternatives were thought. No compensation was offered for the long service. My recommendation is not to look for long career with Hexaware, better choose a company which can take care of employees in good and bad times.

Attention Java candidates joining Hexaware

I am an ex employee of Hexaware and after going through much torture I am writing this review so that it may be useful for a person planning to join Hexaware.


If you are from Java and If you recently got an offer from Hexaware think 100 times before joining Hexaware because 99.9% you will be assigned to a project Unisys. In this project there is a roguecalled Lalitha Jayaraman, this rogue lady will play with the careers of the people, you will me made to work from 8.am to 2 pm including saturdays and sundays, and if you ask any question to her you will be thrashed in front of all the peoples.If you ask for release you will be tortured not only by this rogue lady but the entire Java delivery, Almost all the experienced people have left Hexaware, only freshers(who are signed a bond for 3 years) are working. JJoin any small company other except Hexaware.


My advice to senior management of Hexaware management is if you want the to attract got people first clean up your company with people like Lalitha Jayaraman

I have done little research on this firm since I am planning to join.


But I am not sure of the different grades. I am 11 year experienced IT pro. is tech architect suitable or Sr.Architect?


Hexaware says G6 is tech architect, G7 is Sr.Architect, is it OK if I go and demand G7 grade. What is G8? Need to understand their grade structure vs. experience level.


Can somebody help?

Worst company there is no job security in the company, they don't have capacity bring new clients and projects and blamed employees after 1.6 years performance not good and they lied off, recently they lied off 1000 of employees not more than 10000.


Mangers will tell in the meeting all the lies I was shocking these type manager available only in hex aware no moral values.


Finally I am telling if u in that company we can expect any time lied off.

Company policy is not very good, there are only 5 public holiday in a year which is very less in compare to another company.


The manager in the company have very less management skill. they don't know how to manage the people.

I was fortunate to work in E&Y for Hexaware. And came across most amazing personalities on earth. Abhay, who use to believe in exploitation. It was very usual for them to make everyone work for 7 days a week. Never believed that one haves person life. He and his manager Siraj. Both exploited people like anything. Although Siraj was working as PM. He was not from IT.


HR had no say as Abhay was god for E&Y. If anyone planning to join hexaware. be aware of this two killer personalities they suck ur life and leave u miserable.


HR good for nothing. No processes or methods which were followed. If you cannot butter well. U r there to suffer.
