Haldirams has always been synonymous with sweets. Its one place that's bought Nagpur on International Map. People used to connect Oranges with Nagpur, and now its Haldirams with Nagpur:)
Their sweets are one if the best I've had! Perfect mix of sweetness with softness. My experience at Nagpur outlet: Haldirams is at Sadar as well as Dharampeth and Sitabuldi. The Sadar branch is more famous for sweets, while the Dharampeth one and Sitabuldi one, more for snacks. The Sadar one has so yummy sweets that during Diwali or Christmas, you won't be able to enter the shop;)(Yup, the sweets are that good!)
They are also famous for their Namkeens like Aloo Bhujia, Khatta Meetha, etc. In the mornings, you get Dhokla Sandwich, which is another speciality of this place. The snacks counter also has some good stuff like Samosas and sandwiches.
Few colleges being close-by, they have a huge rush for the Softee Icecream which is good and easy on the pocket:)
Pros:
-Amazing sweets!
-From sweets to namkeens to snacks, you practically get everything here:)
-Good packaging(so you can totally carry it for your relatives:)
-Good location
-Helpful staff
-High standards of hygiene maintained(the staff uses gloves which handling the food!)
Cons:
-Nothing!
Last Verdict: Totally Recommending! Go grab a handful of Haldirams Sweets, you won't be disappointed:)
