Gopal Plaza Hotel, Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad

I visited the hotel few days back and my experience was really not good. The place was a mess. The condition of the rooms was bad. The rooms were dirty and the washrooms had a really bad smell. The bed was kind of broken and made irritating noise. The hotel staff was rude. I asked them to clean my room and they ignored it. Finally, after an hour, they came and still didn't properly clean it. The place doesn't have a good ambience and you'll regret you stay. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone out there.

Looked like a resident private building . Rooms were small and timid . Bad quality of service . When I checked in after that light was gone and service said it will come soon .but it took 3 hr . Not at all worth go to other hotels . One of bad experiences in my life not at all worth. ??????????????????????????????

Well firstly this hotel is normal .just couple of floors and boom its hotel.

Build on a busy road .so it is okay if peopl are staying here. this hotel nearby my house. I went here 2-3 months ago .there was some function at that time.

The reception is good no doubt.it looks like a some 3-5 star hotel. but thn the rooms it scks. rooms are small n quality of the matresses is bad.even the watr somtimes stop to come

And about food.food is okay u can get a variety of food products
