Had fun at swimming , pool was clean

Food was delicious , it was sunny due to summer couldn’t spend much time for sports activity . Indoor games can be improved . Infrastructure is good . Staff are helpful

Spa was superb very relaxing would recommend for spa

If someone told me there is no heaven but I could spend the rest of eternity at the golden palms hotel Bangalore . Wrapped around the exquisite garden and pool, this structure is far newer and has its own special touches. Being led up to our beautiful room and checked in there felt incredibly civilized . The hotel has an excellent location. The staff is professional. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel restaurants are first class .There is an excellent selection of foods at breakfast, catering for a range of tastes. The food is cooked very well. Would highly recommend the golden palms and will stay again when next visiting the city.

Golden palms and hotel spa is famous five star hotel and spa in Bangalore. We spent a full day out in golden palms.

The spa cum hotel is actually bollywood star Hrithik roshan sponsored so its quite good ambience and facilities. We checked in by 9 clock in the morning.

The breakfast was ready we planned to finish first breakfast and then ready for activities. Breakfast was good. It was combination of english and south indian dishes.  We indulged ourselves in outdoor activities.

They have tennis courts, badminton play area and bowling. The swimming pool was quite huge and they start waterfall that was amazing experience. We spend 2 hours there in pool. Ww went in January month so it was huge crowd.  The changing room or toilets all were very clean and hygienic. The lunch was buffet system. Tandoori rori , kashmiri polao, chicken rejala, chicken fry, babycorn mushroom and ice cream. The food was tasty and well prepared. After lunch we planned for body spa as its famous for thai spa. Spa is not included with we have to pay for that. It was nice and relaxing experience in spa. After had evening tea and snacks we depart from the place. It was good and energetic full day out in golden palms hotel and spa.

Golden Palms has the most unprofessional middle & top management staff, leave alone lower staff. Can go to any extent for higher business. Booked for a big international corporate conference, and to our shock, 2 days before, they informed us that our conference hall is given to the other company, by mistake, for a bigger conference. Since the other clients were having a bigger program, we were allotted a smaller hall without asking us. Right from sales manager to director remained adamant that we have to settle for the smaller hall, though its their reservation error, as the other clients are having a bigger program. They did not even bother about our preparations and reputation. We had to pull-out of Golden Palms, as luckily we got a place in the other hotel just a day before the conference.

This is supposed to be a 5 start deluxe hotel and resort but any other 3 start resort will be nuch better than golden Palms. The staffs aren't friendly , pleasing or approachable. Check in and check out time is supposed to be 12 noon. we reached there at 12:15 and got a room at 3:30 pm. The food is just like the one we get in  any mluticuisine restaurant. The waiters come and ask our room numbers several times to ensure, we are not just walking in and having food. The current goes several times a day. It takes a minute for the generater to switch on.

Front office staff in the SPA are very amateur and do not give propoer appointments. Most of the resorts have a bowling as indoor games. But in Golden palms it is just squash, carroom, billiards and TT. they claim to have a kids playroom, it actually look like a ghost room with no light or AC and minimal toys.

The pool is good but the pool attendants are just there for name's sake. A kid was drowning and the attendent was busy talking with someone. The kid's father resued him and the attendent saw the same. He just stood there without even checking how the kids. He didnt even know the medical procedures.

The staffs are very rude and dont bother to cater to the guests. Seems like only celebrities will be catered to in GP. We have been to various hotels/resorts but this is the worst experience. The hotel was good when it openend and until 2-3yrs back. But now it is pathetic. Staying at home is a much better choice.
