Futurebazaar

I received a punctured air mattress which I filed a complaint with futurebazaar for replacement, and they assured a pickup within 3 working days and would issue refund. Now my regular calls and mails are unanswered, no pickup in past 15 days.

I bought a replacement on site based on the fact that the refund would be issued, the new purchases are cancelled without providing any reason. Poor lads on customer care are unable to provide solution.

I have been buying a lot of your Gift vouchers  of Big Bazaar through Indiaplaza. Since now they are not available there could you please make them available through Flipcart.

I have purchased Philips QT4019 Trimmer on 12 june 2013. Till now I have not received. No details are provided on the website to communicate. You will spend more on the phone as compare to the actual cost of product on calling the customer care.

Whatever the thing is there, if you are spending the money on it. You will not get money as well as product back.

I have ordered a water purifier on future bazaar , first of all , due to some system issue , it has taken 3-4 days for me to use my payback point and place the order. twice that happened that I was trying to  place the order the payback points has gone and then they kept me on waiting for 2-3 days [every single time] to cancel the order and then payback has its own process of 2 days to reflect it back in my account.

Then finally after 7-8 days I was able to place an order. That was 10th of June . After 2 days I asked if when I can get the order , they told me that its expected to arrive on or before 20th of June and as soon as it will arrive we will ship that. As they said "on or before 20th June"  over live chat I wanted to get the status of my order ... til 20th I asked 3 times on live chat regarding the order , they replied [there is a chat person named Mitesh] in a rude manner.

On 21st I got a mail regarding non availability of product and saying they cant proceed with delivery. I asked them to cancel the order so that I can get my points back , this is on Friday . On monday when I checked the status , The order was not cancelled and I send them a mail again to cancel the order

In evening time when I was trying to search another water purifier and I was shocked to see that the product which they were saying not available is now in stock and with "25" rs more price . Previously it was 2300 and now its 2325. Then I again went to live chat the same person "Mitesh" and he explains me that this is a system error and he told me the way to purchase on a online site. even if the product is showing there its not sure if its present with futurebazaar and we need to know how to shop on futurebazaar. Wow

I was shocked to first see the fake status update after that the customer care person's behaviour.

Do not buy from future bazaar.Service is very bad.

If you order a product they will take 3-4 weeks to deliver where as other site will take only 4-5 days to deliver the same product.

While pricing is very competitive in lines with future groups big bazaar strategy, the site needs an improvement in terms of navigation, speed and overall tech overhaul which is a must in changing times of the ever dynamic eCommerce business.

But still all in all pricing rules the roost in India so keep minting money.

When I first realized big bazaar had an online site, I was really excited and relieved to think I won't have to run to store each time I run out of household items. My excitement was short lived as I realized the online site, future bazaar was focusing solely on non-grocery items and many other categories that were USP of big bazaar are not included. Nevertheless, FutureBazaar is still pretty useful.

I ordered only once from it, a cylinder stand and a Disney mickey mouse mink blanket. Frankly speaking I wasn't impressed by the quality of packaging on the blanket, it's protective cover looked pretty old and was partly damaged but I didn't make a fuss over it because the blanket inside was fine.

The prices are good, nothing over the top competitive but reasonable in most case.  Shipping was also fairly time bound. I haven't used much of this site to review in details, but over all experience so far has been average.

Futurebazaar is a better option to buy home appliances products, it also offer big discount. Similarly, https://lootbargain.com is a better option to buy comics, clothing and magazines.

Pros:

-Competitive Prices of Products.

-Coupon Codes can be applied , So we can get extra discount.

-I bought some products at great discount which were not available anywhere.

Cons:

-Packaging is horrible.

-Customer Care do not have update on status of product ordered.

-Takes Ages for delivery i.e., shipment , especially if you make Payment in advance.

Futurebazaar is a horrible site to buy products. It's been more than a month since they delivered the wrong product and every time I call asking for the refund, they try to avoid talking about it. Pathetic! And the best part is, when I complained that the product  delivered was completely different, the guy said the picture was only for "representative purpose!!!" Unbelievable.

I doubt they even know what is online shopping. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

P.S. My friend once bought a perfume and it didn't even come in the original pack. Plus it didn't even smell genuine.

My points have got redeemed from payback  when I bought  khal bhatta -small S0 from futurebazaar but there is no sign of transaction in future bazaar  how do I no what happened to my order .

Please do not buy any product from futurebazaar.com. Very pathetic services they are providing. I ahve ordered a product on 25th december 2012 and still I am waiting for the order confirmation as I have already paid by my credit card for the same. Such a pathetic services they are providing.

A year back when I started shopping with Futurebazaar, it was awesome experience, prompt shipping and received the items within the given timeline. I used to rate Futurebazaar as No-1 online shopping. But to my despair, from past few months its been a nightmare to shop with Futurebazaar. Items are never shipped so the item will come by given timeline.

They started ignoring after payment is received. Its not just for one item but for my last six orders. Even getting damaged and broken items. When contact Customer Service they don't even bother to reply. It's my own experience. Hope they change their attitude soon or surely Futurebazaar will loose many customer's like me.

On 20/12/2012, I ordered a Prestige Deluxe Hard- Anodized Pressure Handi- Baby Pressure Cooker on website https://futurebazaar.com. My order No is 5081706469.

On 22/12/2012, I received a parcel and surprisingly, it contained an old dead stock 2006 manufactured Aluminum Pressure cooker which is completely different than that I ordered.

They Have also manipulated MRP Lable original company MRP Is Rs.855.00 But They have changed it to Rs.900.00.

Please, dont waste your time and money.Photographs of the products shown on their site at the time of placing order and actual photograph of the product delivered is attached.

I had placed an order to be delivered in New Delhi. The order was confirmed after payment and mentioned that atleast 15 days would be needed for the delivery. It has been 1 and half months but till noe the order has neither been delivered, nor is there any indication for refund.

I have called up the customer care 100 times, but everytime they have a new excuse. Please do not buy any thing from here. Its a totally nonsense site, made only to loot people.

This is a f@##d up website with pathetic customtakeouter service.They send a different product that what shown on the website and then do not help you.It is written on their website that you can drop the product at nearest future bazaar store , but now they are not accepting it and want me to pay 400 bucks to return it to their warehouse in a remote location.

This is a SERIOUS WARNING TO online shoppers not to purchase anything from them even if they are giving anything for free.

I had purchased a t-shirt and a basket from future bazaar when the Rs.250 discount was happening in future bazaar. Like few have mentioned here, I too got the product very late mentioning the reason as warehouse relocation.

There were many issues with delivery later too as they couldnt arrange the delivery on specified dates.Later it was delivered at a nearby house.I realized that the t-shirt was defective and started emailing the CC of future bazaar.They asked fro the photos of the item and confirmed the defect.I made all confirmation regarding the refund, courier charges etc and they emailed me on that too.But once they received the item, they changed their promises and confirmations they gave.Instead of refunding the amount to the wallet now they issued me a Clearance Sale discount voucher which can only be used with Rs.500 purchase within 2 weeks of issue of the voucher.Not only that, for the 2nd product which I had bought along with this, I had to pay the full amount.

We have to send the courier to return the defective item and they would send a Rs.100 discount coupon which should be used in a month.The major issue for me was the cheating they did by promising something before sending the defective item and offering something else pathetic after receiving the item.

I have shopped on futurebazaar.com lots n lots of times.And every time they surprised me with second( 2nd ) day delivery.Hard to believe na...but it has happened with me...

Wide product range. Cost wise also very good. Cheaper than other sites.No shipping charges..above particular amount say Rs. 500/- Packing is excellent. Customer care really very good.Online chat facility with customer care is advantage...quick resolution n response.

Ideal for gifting as ur order product reach within committed delivery times..rather early in most cases..

The only disadvantage is - if u miss ny deal or offer n ny product is out of stock..then u hv really missed that coz u will never get that product on request or demand...

N upon all its a bigbazaar brand behind it who runs it...So no worry.What else....go n shop for sure...or atleast give it a try...if u r fed up with many other shopping websites.I can only say that....futurebazaar is d only shopping destination of present n future..

The online shopping on futurebazaar.com is a nightmare. I ordered a product and received one with wrong specification. After that I was asked to visit Big Bazaar store and return the item.

I have returned the same and it is almost 15 days, neither I have got the money refunded nor the correct item has been shipped. There is no update on the status either. Please avoid shopping online on this site if you dont want to get harassed later on.

Pathetic vendor, PLS PLS PLS do not deal with them. It is better talking to a wall than their customer support. you will literally go mad when you get to deal with them when you dont receive the product and they make you beg for your refund for everything they take weeks time, do not deal with them.
