I booked this hotel through Goibibo but on arrival they said that they are booked and will try if there is any check outs . After lot of hassle they gave me the room around 2 pm . Their Manager Mr Tiwary is very rude and worthless person not fit for the hospitality industry .
Now come to the hotel, its more of a Dharamshala rather than a hotel . They get bulk bookings so they are not interested in online customers . The rooms are pathetic and there is no room service . No water or class is there in the room and its supposed to be Flagship Oyo property . where has Oyo gone .
I will advise other travelers not to come to this Hotel as there are a lot of good hotels around Paltan Bazar area .
