Things are not scheduled properly in my company and to those employees who are at the fresher level, it may appear that thing are very freely flowing overall any how and in any manner.

Everyone from the CEO to the senior managers are very humble here and they help their employees learn every aspect of the job and grow as individuals and as people.
The management is really good and they give you a lot of freedom to do your work the way you want.

I have been working at FerraMatrix for 2 years and there is a lot to learn here, but the management is not that great and their policies are also not that good.
There has to be effective training on at a bigger level to ensure smooth functioning of the company on the basis of having to achieve smooth functioning between employee and client.
The overall infrastructure requires many modifications as compared to many of the neighbourhood company buildings.
You will be doing the work of 2 people here because they have hired very few people here.
The people working here are amazing and friendly and will make you feel comfortable and they have no qualms about sharing all their knowledge about work. They are the most helpful people that I have worked with.
It should be noted that many of the employees have drafted the request to change locations and many feel this may possible move the locations closer to home.
It is seen that the overall work force lacks clarity of thoughts in terms of proper execution and planning with respect to getting the work done end to end. The leadership team needs to be very aggressive in terms of getting the work done.
There is lot of innovation here and you get to share your ideas even though you are at a junior position. You will feel very nice about yourself when you work here.
The compensation that was handed to us was one of the best in the market and for every promotion the growth was very excellent.
Working in a non-IT company it can be said that improving the IT useable technologies is a good task only up to the point of having equivalent non tech upgradations and ability to run innovation through ideas.
