I am student of fergusson college so I know my college better. It is one of oldest and most famous college in pune the campous is very large and we have each separate deaparment for physics chemistru biplogy mathmatics if u got good marks then u will get asmission very healthy competiton and good teacher staff make fergusson best college it is always best feeling if u tell other person that u are from fergusson college and during the fest our college best attrction now fergusson college will consider university so best luck if u have chances to get admission dont loose it is one of prestigious college

Biotechnology Department is the worst department of this college. They are playing with lives of students. The college has become autonomous recently and has lost its charm. The college has good reputation and many ppl praised the college. But I had a very bad experience in case of my daughter. The faculty here is extremely rude and arrogant. There is absolutely no support provided to students. They behave as if their aim is to make life hell for students. Faculty gives 1/10 mark in internal assignments. This is very demoralizing for students after working so hard. Faculty have no sense of talking and dealing with students. So many girls/boys are dropping out from my daughter's class because of this attitude of teachers. My daughter is not even able to pass in subjects. This is very surprising because she has been a very bright student since school and now also she is working very hard. She is under a lot of stress because of a few stupid professors who think they have achieved Nobel Prizes for their knowledge and contribution in their fields. I would mention a few names like Tejas Borwankar and Sanket Tembe. On some preconceived notions about particular students, they are checking papers and failing students.

Please beware of Biotechnology Department of FC. Do not waste your money and precious time of your kids.

I am studying bsc computer science at this college from last 3 years its tge best college in pune university and all the students are high performers from various universities in INDIA.tgis colleges is a heritage and has history of more than 100 years .old buildings of stones are still in use. there is an annual fest of each department when students decorate their departments in a specific theme like dragon ball .naruto .or game of thrones and enjoy with each other the cultural fest .as I said this is the best college and teachers are best colleges encourages students not only for studies but also for other fields of interest .reall value for money

Fergusson College is an autonomous institute. One of the best college for arts and science stream. Very old college. It reminds us the great personalities and freedom fighters and of course the political leaders who studied and passed out from this college. The college was founded by the Deccan Education Society in the 18th century. Though Maharashtrians love this college, there is always space for students all over the world who wish to join and study here. The motto of the college i.e. Union is strength has a lot to do in reality. A very good atmosphere and its heritage attracts us to this college. Study there and pass out with flying colours.

Thats one of the biggest colleges in india for basic sciences the college ranks 7 in india and 2 in maharashtra isnt that info sufficient for being a great college .its a brand now.its very old college its since 1884 .i myself study in 12 th in this college and my experiences for the college are awesome .the faculty is fabulous they are experienced and the surrounding is such healthy loved to be there .its amongst the biggest names .and the legendary people like indira gandhi too studied here.

The fergusson college pune has all the departments possible for all subject and has a really gr8 campus and laboratorys where you can explore yourself.the staff in this college is the best in town as all are almost the book writers from the book you study.the teachers ou here teach you till you understand evrything properly.it has got a very big librart where you can avail almost evrybook possible.the principles cabin is open for all.the staff clerks all are friendly and helpfull here.its a collge where ur dreams become even wider and brighter!

There was no any entrance exam, admission to the college was quite simple, had applied to the admission from through online procedure, get admission through merit list, course is very good and helpful for people interested for the research study. research lab also available for the student college is don't provide any kind of internship placement assistance is there for all, people economically backward class, the number of company coming to college to for the placement is increasing steadly
