I feel this review is:
The company is making these chair using very low standard materials and the quality is too much poor. I got this Featherlite optima for 26, 000 and found that the chair actual cost should be around 10000rs(for what provide).
They are charging too much just for the name. The chair build is poor and start discomforting after 2 hours if you sit continuous.
My old local dealer 5, 000rs chair was much better and can sit continuous for 6+ hours without any discomfort. I need to change the chair as my old gone bad in shifting.
I regret choosing featherlite. I tried to check many review before purchasing this chair. But was not able to find one or found good reviews which was posted by company persons.Avoid if you are planning to get featherlite optima. I bet you will going to regret.

I bought a chair from Featherlite, Marathahalli recently. They gave me 10% discount too. I realized that they duped me by giving discount on a FAKE PRICE LIST and in fact, they charged me Rs. 1000-1500 extra. Featherlite started online sales, that is also cheaper by the same amount. When I called/mailed, they are telling due to dollar price fluctuation, the price has come down. In fact, when I bought the product, salesman said price has increased, still they are giving for old price. In fact, dollar price has increased, so if that is the case, chair price should have gone up.
The service was poor, very unprofessional and rude people. The chair started giving me back pain with a few days. When contacted them, the response was so bad, rude, unresponsive. They sold many chairs to MNCs, it seems, without complaint, so they are not bothered about individual buyers. I paid money, and got the worst service from them. I paid money and got a useless product from them. There is nothing like service for them, just pay money and get lost is their motto.
I bought a mesh computer chair for around 11, 000 Rs and I lost my peace of mind.Had to wait after paying the full amount for over a month for that piece of junk.
The chair is very uncomfortable, cheap material, and it came with defects.was shaky at many places and bent.looked like they sent me a returned piece they repaired.
The service was poor.very unprofessional and rude people. Had to call them a million times to get it repaired.
There is no return policy at all .very strange considering that almost everybody is having a return/exchange policy if you're thinking of going to them just pray that you u wont get a defective piece.

To repair a chair, I have been calling for 2 weeks at Featherlite main office in Vasant Nagar and the lady continuously says that the only technician this company has is on leave.
I thought I had bought the chair from a responsible company by paying top price. But the same old story. How can such a big company live with one service engineer?
I bought a 3 -2 seater genuine leather sofa from the Featherlite Store(located Near Hulimavu Gate Bp Petrol Bunk, Arakere, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore - 560076) by paying a bomb.
I was told that ALL the parts of the sofa are genuine leather and that was the justification given for huge amount charged by the store.
But within 2 MONTHS, the so called leather started peeling out all over the body of sofa. Now I am following with the store and customer care from past 3 months and only thing they have delivered so far is LIP SERVICE.
I am totally SHOCKED by their blatant behavior and their careless attitude towards customer.

Worst Company ever heard about....no services, no good products and no good staff in this company...There is nothing to write about the company and it is not worth and also the staff and head are not worth talking. All are hands in gloves with each other.
Definitely not worth mentioning about the company & buying products.... If you wish to save your company's images BLACKLIST THIS COMPANY IN THE MARKET.
My Rs.96000 is doomed, so please save yours !!!I had placed an order for featherlite sofa (Model 901-NIAD LHS ) in the month of October 2012. ( OC no AE/OC/363 dated 28th Oct 2012 ) Fully paid.
Bannerghatta Showroom promised to deliver the sofa on 16th of Nov and and never did. What is surprising is that instead of they calling me, I had to follow-up with number of telephone calls and every one including the manager there kept me in dark about when the Sofa is going to be delivered.
The manager promised to Deliver the sofa on 5th of Dec 2012, but the sofa was never delivered.
I called head office to escalate. SOme one from the head office called me back, and assured that the sofa will be delivered in 21st Dec 2012.
Today when I called him to ask for status, he is completely unaware whether they can deliver it or not. ( I had to call 3 times to remind him that he has to call me !! )
Over all experience of working with Featherlite was completely unprofessional and very very bad service.
The worst experience of purchase I have had with their marathahalli showroom.
These guys are nothing but a bunch of greedy businessmen who take 100% advance and then make the poor customer run behind you. I thank God that I only have made a purchase of Rs 17000 and saved form getting trapped in a bigger purchase.
I bought a chair on 8th of September, and was promised delivery by 12th of september. It wasn't delivered on the promised date. The landline of your store doesn't work, and each time it went into voice mail. After lot of effort I got a mobile number from net, called on that number and that guy connected me to the store. I was told that I would get the chair on 18th sept. But when I didn't get any call till 21st, I called again. This time the sales guy tells me that I would call in an hour. That call back has not happened even by now. I haven't got the product. A company which is hell bent on taking 100% payment should maintain some level of customer care. There is none.
This is the first and last time I purchased a featherlight product and I would try my best that no one in my circle gets trapped.
