Eureka Forbes Trendy Xeon Vacuum Cleaner

I had purchased Forbes trendy Xeon few months back from Reliance Digital Store, I was instantly taken by the looks and the sheer compact power of the Xeon. During the initial few days it lived up to my expectation and we could get caught up with the house hold cleaning within no time. Well then the trouble started and the Vacuum Cleaner would get heated up and would shut down after 40 odd mins of use and wont start back any sooner.

Initially I thought it has to do with the settings and checked the Manual and FAQs but they were of no help, off lately it has worsen and I have refrained to use the Vacuum Cleaner.

Quite annoyed, wish there was a solution to this!

Hello folks,

This product is quite good for me so far.

Pros:

Many types of suction tubes provided with this, each one for different need.

Wheel makes the work easier.

Power cord is really long.

Suction power is really good. Use it at minimum for sofas, upholstery, etc.

Cons:

Very noisy.

The suction chamber is made up of a cloth and it needs to be washed regularly after every use, to keep it clean.

Not sure of the service as I am yet to feel its requirement.

Before you get the vaccum cleaner they are ready to give you demo for 1000 times.but once you get the product you are no one to them.i got the product from viveks they said you will get demo.once i call eureka they say we wont come for demo, cd will be available with the box.i searched using fbi and still couldn't find.when i called them back and said they gave a mobile no.

And said this guy will help you.when i called up that guy named kamesh he said go ask from where you purchased.wow what a customer friendly ppl.i went to viveks i said them they said there will be no cd in the product.so the point is eureka forbes ppl are not trained well or they are illiterate that they don't know what will be there in their own product.finally those shopkeepers gave another mobile contact this guy named rijesh he will help you.how many calls how many ppls.

Finally nothing eureka forbes sucks like their vaccum cleaner.useless product and service dont buy guys.

I found the product disappointing. Not sue why there is so much hype about the vaccum cleaner. it makes big noise and such some dust here and there but I never expected it to be a product which never clicked with me- I do not like doing it. due to high noise, less user-friendly. if you need to buy, buy a hand-held small one then the good-looking bigger one.

I have purchased last month this product from Reliance Digital Store it was quite good demo given by executive. I was so excited to use VC for the first time but when I connected the extended tube with hose and started cleaning the floor it was not easy.

Again and again, the extended tube got unplugged from the hose and it was so difficult to connect each tube with each other. Very bad accessories are given by EF.

I am so upset with the product accessories. But the fact is, that the product is really amazing and satisfies me and my wife when we empty bag with full of dust in bin. I had never realized we were inhaling such polluted air in my own house even after regular cleaning with broom and mob. I love product but just not happy with accessories provided by EF.

I think I should have bought the older version of EF trendy steel.

Eureka forbes helpline is hopeless. I have purchased trendy xeon vacuum cleaner through flipkart. The package is missing 3 items. I called Euro helpline no 6 times to send those items. Everytime they say, yes we will send, but of no use. The product is expensive and on top of that , items are also not there.

I am really sad. 10 days over, still waiting for the items.

I have Xeon Trendy Vaccume Cleaner. It stopped working, I contacted SC and engineers came after 15 days. First they check every part and told I have to change the motor. Next day they came with new motor and then they said PCB not working.

They took to SC and it is with them form April. When I last contacted them I found that Eureka Forbes people finding it hard to get me a PCB.
