Eureka is obsessed only with AMC collection. It starts sending you reminders months before the renewal fall due. But it does not respond to any service request even after repeated reminders. Sad commentary on the Eureka Business Ethics.

I purchased Eureka Forbes 3500L water softner, after one week of installation stopped working, and no proper solution from Eureka forbes,

Technicians visited after 3 months from the complaint date and they suggest silly reasons for not working and also not fixed.

it went on two more months, no use of the product.

I spoke multiple people from the Eureka forbes, but not use.

Even I reached Leads and managers and heads also, not proper response from anyone.

After few months I caught one Eureka forbes sales guy in my street, I tied him to my house gate, until you solve my problem I won't leave you, after that he called his manager and help to solve my problem.

problem in product: There is no resin in the unit

again now problem started, I don't know when my issue solve and when I will use the product.

cost of purchase: 85, 000/-, not a single rupee worth.

Pls don't go by costly solutions.
