Below my reivew might be a bit disappointment for few but it all comes from my own experience. I bought this product a year ago. The actual reason behind this is my dad. He is a patient, to comfort him i bought this product. 1 fine sunday morning, eureka forbes rep came to my house and demonstrate with all the normal demo with the sugarcoat words. After a long struggle i was defeated & convienced by that rep and i decided to buy the product. The only thing i focussed about this product is 'after sale service'.
I found there is problem in my product within a single use. I called up the local customer care centre a million times to check up. Each time i called up they gave me a ref no but no response after. It might be a small problem to solve but treating customer by not responding will leads the customer to move to substitutes(other product). Just a small suggestion to euroka forbes, instead of spending lakhs of rupess in advertising the product, its better to improve the customer services. The product i own might be a good one but the worst experience from customer care service leads to bad impression on whole.
Just as a comparision, i bought a samsung a/c six month back. The only thing i wonder about is customer care centre, they used keep contacting the customer about the product performance on regual basis.every 3 months, they gave me call and fix an appointment for the service without fail. I'm totally impressed the way they handle the customer in the rite way. The same way followed by bajaj autos (avenger bike)
Let's discuss about the positive side of the product, i like the product appearance.
suggestion: improve the machine power, there is no use of using the attachment for bike wash.

note: i dont want to give any rating on service & support but the system is not supporting to submit this reivew. For this sake, i gave 1 star for that :(
