Essence Salon And Spa, Thaltej, Ahmedabad does not have a very accommodating staff. They are rude to your face. On entering the locker room, the staff yells to hurry since they have other truckload of work pending to be done.

Essence Salon And Spa, Thaltej, Ahmedabad is nice and professional in its own ways but when it comes down to restricting the children to enter within, it becomes very difficult to manage them while having spa since they have no facilities to manage the children.
This spa has a list of people who cringe for their money back since either the coupon that they apply are not valid or rooms are not available leading to general resentment.

The Staff at this spa are very proactive and the facilities for Kids are also good. Overall they try to keep the kids happy with portions of sweets and special gift and games besides the pool to enjoy.

Since I lost my stuff I was given a replacement for it and even that was broken. Did not expect this from the service and that too at the checkout I was charged a bit extra for the replacement.

This spa has staff members that are like family people and keep a check on the last time the same kind of service was enrolled from their end. They take good care even during sensitive operations.
This spa has staff that will make you feel not only comfortable but also their sections are so brilliant their staff will almost talk their way through the massage sections so that the customers feel most relaxed.
The staff in Essence Salon And Spa, Thaltej, Ahmedabad behave as if they are doing a favor on their customers by inviting them to their spa. The services are offered as if everything is totally for free here. Quite unsettling.
The services in this spa is quite excellent and they also accept a 2 year old gift certificate for a massage after understanding the root cause of not accepting the gift at that time in the past.
