Elysium Spa Resort, Alibaug

We live in Pune City and had planned for a trip to get relaxed and peaceful environment. By reading reviews, we finalized your resort to stay and agreed to pay 14K for 2 nights stay for 2 couples and 1 child.

Our experience was too bad. The environment was more noisy than City area. There was a group who had booked multiple rooms and DJ. Both of our evenings have been spoiled due to this loud music. What we were doing is just look at each other and wait for music to get stopped. We were not able to speak with each other. Sound was so high that it was coming even after siting inside room.(How funny, we have paid so much of amount and need to adjust to get rid of this pathetic music). Me and my wife suffered from headache and had to take tablets. "FYI: My wife is 4 months pregnant and other couple have 1 year old baby."

I am not sure how are you managing such bookings. Tomorrow, if I book only one room and ask you to arrange DJ. Will you arrange it? Definitely not, right? You will think that why others should suffer because of single customer. But your thinking changes if there are majority of rooms booked by other Group. Does that mean you are OK with other customers to suffer because of a Group?

• You should have informed me that there is such event(DJ). I would not have booked your resort. No-one is mad to get Headache by paying money.

  
  




• Ideally, you should not take any other booking if such large group has a booking.

  
  




• You take complete amount while check-in. This is strange. I have not seen this anywhere else. Due to this, I could not check-out on next day. After experiencing this environment, I wanted to check-out on next day as member of your staff told me that DJ will be there on Saturday as well.

  
  




• Bathroom doors in suite room was not getting locked. Please work on this. Its too bad specially for ladies.

  
  




• About DJ, I complained to your staff on first day(4th) but they did not take any action. I asked them that I should get discount but did not get any satisfactory answer. I was surprised to know that this incidence was not notified to your Mumbai Office.

  
  

One more thing, while speaking with your staff it looks like they think that DJ is very normal thing and I should not react. Let me tell you sir, it is definitely not the normal thing if one is expecting relaxed and peaceful environment.

I want to understand what is our mistake here. Why have we suffered? We had paid huge amount and expecting best service. Is that expectation incorrect?

I hope that you will take proper action on this so that such incidences would not happen in future. Looking forward to see how are you going to compensate us because our money has wasted.

While searching for end of the week break I am extremely specific for goals. Beat needs I search for is cleanliness of rooms, hygenic food& play region. Elysium fulfilled every one of the necessities and thus I picked this place to spend my end of the week. Accomodation: We booked A.C. stay with twofold bed. Civilities in the room was obviously A.C., T.V. what's more, drinking water. The Deluxe rooms were exceptionally open. The inside of the room was extremely alluring. Restroom in the in rooms were likewise extremely selective and clean. Resort: The resort has huge zone for recreations, for example, table tennis, dash board, foosball, chess, carrom board and some more.

The best part of the resort is its multi-cuisine restaurant that serves both veg and non-veg delights through buffet system or a-la-carte menus. The resort has separate kitchens for veg and non-veg food. You can also order food directly to your room via room services. To make your moments more memorable, the resort also arranges for candle light dinners on request. Had went to this resort with a few friends of mine for an outing last weekend.Had heard about this place from a friend of mine. Before booking rooms here I had went through its online reviews, and found all reviews to be positive.

This resort offers you the leisure of a spa and the comfort of morpheushumanme. There is a swimming pool and also pitch for playing cricket and a few indoor games.

The pricing is also reasonable and the service is very good.

The quality of food here is very good and the best part is that the check out time is @12 pm.

The resort is also located near alibag ST stand which has the main market area as well so accessibility is not at all an issue.

Overall it was a good experience here and I enjoyed my 2 day stay here and I would give this resort a rating if 3.5/5

While looking for weekend break I am very particular for destinations.

Top priorities I look for is cleanliness of rooms, hygenic food& play area. Elysium satisfied all the requirements and hence I opted for this place to spend my weekend.

Accomodation: We booked A.C. room with double bed. Amenities in the room was of course A.C., T.V. and drinking water. The Deluxe rooms were very spacious. The interior of the room was very attractive. Bathroom in the in rooms were also very exclusive and clean.

Resort: The resort has very big area for games such as table tennis, dart board, foosball, chess, carrom board and many more.

the resort even has a large swimming pool. The water in the pool was clean

Food: When we ordered from the Al a Carte menu the food served was just delicious. Roti gravy starters rice was just perfect.

But in the evening they held a program for a community in which they prepared buffet dinner. There were a lot of item in the buffet but the food lacked quality. It wasn't the same quality as it had when we ordered in Al a Carte.

Overall it was a good place to visit at least once.

"Well hello Friday where have you been all my week" saying this we started our journey to Elysium Spa Resort - Alibaug.

As we reached there it was exactly the kind of place we expected to spend our weekend. The place is surrounded with nature's beauty. We had booked a standard Non-ac room which they upgraded to a'Super Deluxe' room. The room was spacious enough to accomodate a family of four. The decor and the interior of the room was very appealing. We are the one who mainly look for hygiene when on tour and for us it was cherry on the cake because the room and the bathroom was very clean and odour free. Also, the resort is kept very clean and neat. Staff over there were very polite, co-operative and humble. Food was nothing less than yuummmm.:)

Lovely music is played all the time.

We did not step out of the resort in our stay as there was so much in there to do like swimming pool, gaming area, rain dance, etc.

This resort is surely an ideal place for happiness. The name says it all.

The stay here was made extremely comfy by their entire team and our group had great fun. We had booked several rooms for our stay here which was awesome. We had opted for the all meal package and it was worth it. The rooms are cozy and comfy. Loved it and gonna visit again soon, this time with family.

The resort has an amazing ambience and a great team who make your stay extremely comfy. Loved it. The rooms are amazingly large which will make anyone's family stay really comfy. The food here is finger licking. The game rooms are well equipped with all ages to have fun. The pool is blissful!
