Ebisu Diagnostics Center - HSR Layout - Bangalore

Very bad organisation and behaviour. On 10th May 2024 I booked appointment to have one test on 11th May. I had asked total charges and they told it's 5k after checking their price list. On 11th May 2024 at the time of bill payment they ask to pay 6.5k. When I ask yesterday you told 5k on call during appointment booking then the receptionist started excusing by saying that the lady who talked on call is new staff so she don't know the actual price. How a staff can tell the price by herself without knowing the actual price of test? I have recorded call and I shared to the receptionist on ebisu WhatsApp number. Voice of recorded call and receptionist is same but she was lying. It's very bad experience.

Lady receptionist at counter is very slow, there was only 2 people before me but it's taken 35 minutes to get in counter. She was continuously busy on phone call.

I'll suggest to all the people please go to other diagnostic centre instead of this for any test. They are charging like anything. They are very cheap people

We are a family of three who went for master health checkups to Ebisu Diagnostics, HSR Layout. The blood collection was horrible, the nurse pricked my wife thrice to find a vein . and blamed it on her for not drinking enough water.

While the tests went Ok, the consultation with the General Physician was pathetic. He hardly spent 30 secs with each of us and was in a rush to send us off. While most reports were normal, wish he spent some time explaining some of the abnormal observations. Interestingly we chose a working day middle of the week to avoid such situation and there werent many patients so dont know why the mortal hurry!

For the over 9k you charge per person pls try to give some quality healthcare. This is healthcare not some cosmetic commercial business.

The staff is busy talking among themselves and least bothered about patients waiting for hours

This Diagnostic centre will be remembered for cheating the patient..They take the money and do not perform the test and again ask for money..It is sham..I had to face physical abuse as well when started arguing.. Please do not go this place as they does not provide healthcare service it is looting service..

Exorbitant price and pathetic service. They are taking advantage of non competition in HSR and no government regulations on price. It's day robbery from Ebisu. I do not recommend Ebisu.

They are charging double the price for an MRI and provide pathetic service. Shameful! Would not recommend this diagnostics center to anyone. They are just minting money-no regard for condition of patient. Pathetic staff and equally bad services. I had to followup like forever to get the report for MRI even. And they made me a MRS.

This place is a horror house for pregnant women. They copy paste previous reports, it’s a mafia nexus between hospitals and this diagnostics. I am approaching consumer court. Please avoid save ur life by going to other diagnostics

I had a very bad experience with this crappy place. I will never recommend anyone to go here for any tests. Please avoid and do it anywhere else.

My mom is a dementia patient and had to take a home sample test today for blood clot times.

She has been taking injections/medicine for 5 days to increase the clot time. When I did the test and went to collect the report, it had the same values as the previous test done 5 days ago.

And to my surprise, the mobile number and email Id I had given to the staff was not on their records. It had completely different values.

Staff is so negligent and they don't care about anything. Even when I called up to say that it had the same values repeated, the reaction was indifferent. Attitude was very clear from the little interaction I had.

I would never visit this place again.

I went to Ebisu diagnostic centre for shoulder left MRI scan, they told 9:00pm appointment, then changed to 9:30pm and asked me to pay the money INR 7500 in advance I have paid. They handed over the films and confirmed to email the reports by next day by 11:00AM, they have not emailed the reports, when I called their telephone number no response. When I reached to their center, I had to wait for the reports. The team not courties.

took appointment for ultrasound at 12 pm. appointment was honoured.

equipments are fantastic. reports were given in 15 min.

completely air conditioned

ample parking is there for 4 and 2 wheelers, but the problem it is full for most of the time especially in peak hours

sparkling clean premises - the floor is so clear like a mirror

sweet front office staff are polite and always willing to answer all my queries. however buys they are

bathrooms are clean and tidy

always provide mail id at the front office. then all reports will be come to the mail same day.

earlier I had got my father for Senior Citizen Health Package in . Reception explained all the tests included in the package very clearly. they took care and finished all the procedures with in short turn around time. BMD technician was very good and knowledge d. Their name perfectly suits for it "A World Class Diagnostic Center". I Strongly recommend this place for everyone.

I had to go to this place because I booked health checkup through bookmyscans.com. This place has worst equipment and no doctor for doctor's consultation which is even charged in the package. They will make you wait for hours for tests and even for the reports. SHIVA NARAYANA at the reception will only ask you to get more scans done at "special prices" and will start talking rudely once he gets the money. This kind of place should be banned.

Today, 4 July 2018, I was approached by SHIVA an executive from Ebisu Diagnostics, as I had looked for MRI provides on bookmyscans.com. Taking a lead from there he called me and offered the best price offer of 5000 for a Brain and C Spine MRI. When I reached there, I was quickly asked to pay and requested not to disclose the bill to anyone around as its a special price offered to me. Anyhow after the MRI scan was over, and waiting for 30 minutes to get the films, I received the films only for Brain MRI. When I called up SHIVA about the missing scans, he said that the Dr. took a call and he did not find decided not to take the scan as he did not find anything specific in that, and secondly as this was a discounted price so they skipped sharing the film/report.

I was like who gave them the authority to take a call of skipping the scan, and when as a customer I have asked for one thing and you have given me a quotation, doesn't mean that lab has the right to do a selective scan as per there desires.

After making a lot of persuasions and demanding firmly for the scans, they got the films of the scan and handed over to avoid me making any hard steps againdt them.

In the end, now I'm suspecting the efficiency of the report as if this is the way they are handling the patients I totally doubt the efficiency of there specialists too.

Unprofessional and unruly behaviour of the staff at the reception. I visited Ebisu for getting some tests done. This is not the first time I was visiting, however, the center has come up with a new rule to collect ID proof of the patient, stating this is required by Government. However, when I asked the staff to show when and where is this published by the government, they did not have an answer, rather had an argument in a very disrespectful and rude manner that this is asked by the management. I mentioned I can share the soft copy via whatsapp/email if they can give me net connectivity(as the phone network in the diagnostic center is terrible) but the receptionist kept reiterating that they donot have any such facility and cannot help. We need to get back home and get the ID proof, only then will they do billing and proceed for tests. Only after 20 minutes of to and fro, another person came and said we can use his number to share the ID proof via whatsapp/Bluetooth. Also the center doesnot follow any protocol of appointments, though they keep preaching to get a pre appointment booked. I have had bad experience with this place in the past as well and do not recommend this place to anyone

Last week I visited their with my brother in law .their s a good condition and have good care .their is good fecilities people ho back kust to see the structure of that hospital look is must .but fecilites is yoo hood .doctors nursing are good .less amout good work always I go their if we have any problm
