Poor installation and after sales service

I got my elevator installed after a long delay in part because their civil installation team is outsourced and they gave incorrect information to my workers on site due to which work had to be redone and a lot of time was wasted. For many days their installation didnt show up. Finally the installation happened a couple of months late, and now the lift is not moving, and their installation guy is telling me to call the call centre, and the call centre is hanging up on me. Terrible company, please avoid if you dont want so much hassle
