LAL PATH LABS Are StanDing There Only There Are WatchinG Everything But NoOne From The Staff Try To HelP Us.
~ WheN I WenT To ReceptioN To BooK An Appointment For My GrandMother The RECEPTIONIST HaS ReFuSeD To BooK An AppoinTmeNT At That MomeNT She TolD Me To Wait For 20 MINUTES Then She Will Book An AppoinTmenT, Me And My SisteR Stands There For 20 MinS, After Then I WenT To Reception To Book An Appointment BuT The Receptionist Refused To Book An AppointmenT She SaiD As Today DoctoR Is Very Busy, So We Have To Came Tomorrow, After Standing For 30 Minutes And WaitinG For My Appointment She TolD Me To ComE Tomorrow But She SaiD That She Can Book An AppoinTmenT For TomoRroW For My GrandMother ToDay, AnD She Had Given Us 22 NUMBER And TolD Us To COME 6PM TOMORROW She Took RS 500 FrOM Us For BookinG An AppoinTmeNT.
~ NeXT Day I Went There At ShaRP 6PM BuT What I Saw On PATIENT APPOINTMENT DISPLAY Is SHockinG The DoctoR Has Not Attended A Single Patient Yet Because He Had Not CameD Till That Time In CenteR And After WaitinG For 10 Minutes I AskeD Receptionist That When Doctor Will CameD She Said That The Doctor Is Stuck In Traffic And It Will Take 30 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR, AfteR 1 HouR HaD Passed And PatienTS Who HaD AppoinTmeNT Before My GrandMother Had PuT PressuRE On RECEPTIONIST That We Are Waiting From More Than 1. 5 OR 2 HOURS BuT Still Doctor Has Not CameD, WheN Receptionist Saw That People Had Got Very AngrY Then She Said That Doctor Is AttendinG The Patients In Her Private Clinic And Once He Had AttenD All The Patients Over There Then He Will CAMED There And The Doctor Is On His Way In Maximum 1 HouR He Will Be TherE, The DoctoR CameD After 40 MinuteS.
~ We WenT AT 6PM And We Had Wait For 2.5 Hours At ArounD 8:20 The Doctor CameD AnD He StarteD AttenDinG The PatienTs At 9:50 PM OuR NumbEr Has CameD And The Doctor Has CheckeD My GrandMother And Her Previous Reports And Applied Two Injections And Also He HaD WRITTEN MRI OF JOINTS And Medicine While The MRI Is GoinG On I Purchased The MedicineS Written By The Doctor.
~ After The MRI HAS COMPLETED The Doctor Has CheckeD It And Said That It Just a Normal Pain Which Happens In This Age And Told To Continue The Medicines Which Are Written And TolD Us To Come After 1 WEEK, Till That Week My GrandMother Has NoT Seen Any Improvement, On Next APPOINTMENT Even After Telling That This Is Not GivinG Any RelieF To Her, THE DOCTOR Still SAID JUST TO CONTINUE THE MEDICINES, On First APPOINTMENT THE DOCTOR HAS TAKEN A FEE OF 8000 RS AND ON SECOND APPOINTMENT He HaD CharGe RS 4000 RS. After We Had Seen That The Situation Is JuST The SamE My Father Has Decided To TOOK AN SECOND SUGGESTION OF OTHER HOSPITAL.
~ We Went To FORTIS HOSPITAL And After The Doctors Over There Had REPEATED ALL THE TEST AND MRI AND SAID That My GrandMother Is Suffering From THIS PAIN AS THERE IS A WATER IN HER JOINTS Becoz Of That Pain Is Happening, We Had ShowneD The Reports Of FORTIS To Other Doctors Also And They Said The Same ThinG.
The Doctors Of " DR. LAL PATH LABS TILAK NAGAR BRANCH" FocusseS Only On How To Make More And More MoNey, Even After Checking The Reports They Are Unable To Tell That Why My GrandMother Is SufferinG Such Pain And Said Just Simple Thing That Its Due To Age, They Had TakeN 12500 FOR JUST TWO Appointment, Keeping The COST OF INJECTIONS, MEDICINES, AND MRI'S A SIDE, The Doctor Of There Are Only Had An Attention Towards Money Only, They Didn, t Had A Value Of Time And Patients Health. Also The Staff Are Highly Irresponsible And Ignores All The Things Even After WatchinG It, I Will Never Recommend It To Anyone As They Take PatienTs Health For GranTeD And For Them Money Had Much Importance Then AnyonE's Pain OR LiFE.
