Dr Lal PathLabs - Ashok Vihar Phase 2 - Delhi

My mother went to Dr Lal Path Lab - Ashok Vihar for Checkup. We received the reports of tests on next day and after checking the Diabetes reports we were shocked. According to Lab reports she has high diabetes but as we know she is not suffering from diabetes, we went to another lab for Diabetes test and the test came normal. We are checking her diabetes everyday and the result is normal.

We called at customer care of Dr Lal Path lab regarding this issue but according to them Dr Lal path Lab is the Lab in India and there test is correct. These people are not ready to listen anything and instead of resolving my issue, they want to do discussion from my Dr, how can he say that their reports are wrong.

Please do not go to Dr lal Path lab for kind of testing. These people are non-professional.
