I had an AMC and the technicians they sent were poorly trained and not interested in actually doing any work.
On the last service they actually caused a problem, intentionally or otherwise, and then are asking me to pay for a follow up visit!
I do not recommend this company at all.
This is a fraud company. After continuous follow-up and 5 engineers visiting my house, they still did not repair my water purifier. My AMC is ending in one week, they want to wait till then and loot money from me. Their phone operator Sri Raksha has now started cutting the phone call on my face and she is not picking if I call from my number. When my brother dialed, she picked up the phone but the moment he told my number as registered number, she cut the call. They have been lying all the time. This is the worst service ever. Please do not take their AMC, it is a waste of time, money and energy, you will only get frustrated at the end of the day.

Worst experience ever, I got a call from Dr. Aqua on 08/10/2021, executive offering for water purifier service. I had told them that I need to check the purifier and let them know. got call back the next day and they told they will sending a service agent and the service charge will be around 350Rs. I clearly told them filter change may be required as the indicator was blinking and hence send the filters with agent. The service agent called me immediately asking for location and arrived within an hour and told us service will be of no use and I need change the filters which will be of two qualities, the first quality costing around 8000Rs with a warranty of one year or second quality filter costing around 5000Rs with a warranty of 3 months. I was not happy with the pricing offered from him and hence asked to do nothing and leave. The service agent asked for 350Rs as visiting charges, the price which was told to me as service charges. when I cross verified with the company executive, they told visiting charges will be applied even if service is not done. finally I had to pay 350Rs for nothing. and they told me they wont even give me a bill for my payment.
question am I suppose to pay for nothing?
why am I nothing getting bill for my payment?
does these filters really cost so much?
Why did the service executive refuse to connect me to the senior manager or even give his number when I wanted clarification?
Should we really trust this companies who proactively call us, offering service of water purifiers, then visit and quote high for change of filters and if refused, take service charges as consultation charges and at the end no receipt for any of your payment.?
We have paid 12000 for amc 2months ago, they replaced parts, today again we reached as we thought water taste has changed, they are not reachable so we taken Kent service. The person from kent service told all parts are duplicate. Their numbers are not reachable. We came to know we got cheated by Dr. Aqua service.
We got a call from a lady about our water filter and how it was necessary to change the and clean the inside of it every few months, we said okay and some dumb person came and replaced the items and charged 5000rs for it, and next day there are cockroaches inside the water filter and water leak, water doesn't stop leaking even after we've turned off the switch.
And we've been calling them since yesterday, literally called like 20-25times and no response,

I contacted them for my kent(In Bangalore) which stopped working. They suggested to have AMS work 10k and get all parts replacement guarantee(we confirmed asking for each and every part whether it's included in cover or not). They made false promises of covering for 2 years. Post 1.5 years I contacted them for service, they delayed it by 2-3 weeks. Over call I clearly asked them to carry all the parts as they needed to be replaced including UV membrane and filter(which was never changed since 5 years). The technician came and just replaced RO, carbon & sediment. He mentioned he didn't carry other parts as he wasn't asked to. I reached DrAqua again. I'm still fighting to get the remaining parts replaced.
Never get trapped into "Dr Aqua's" AMC fraud, they take full 2-3 year advance money and then they never support when you need it.
They will sell big-big promises take around 10K money and then disappear.
I was promised 2 filter change while taking AMC and now it’s been close to two years and they are not ready to change the filter.
I have been calling these guys from 2 months and these guys just played game by postponing the things and now the fun part is that "AMC is over we can’t change the filter"
Request all to not get trapped into Dr Aqua's AMC or other schemes.
Please stay from this Fraud Company. I am in the process of asking my Bank to overturn the charges as I understand they have various complaints raised by the end consumers.
I am also in the process of Initiating a Legal Notice on the cheating case. In spite of calling & asking them to speak to their Boss did not help. Please stay away from this Company & not pay anything or use their services. They will claim the filters is not working and change all the filters & even push for AMC. In Reality, they will try to cheat the People.The Filters stopped working in one day & inspite of calling 10 to 15 calls, no one from their company came to fix the issue. I had to call local Authorized Kent dealer to fix the issue
Finally I had to Escalate to Kent Office & spoke to Escalation Team & was advised that they are cheating people stating they have NOT authorized dealers and they themselves are fighting a legal case.
We had a situation where tap was leaking; technician turned up and banged the top part while keeping it aside and pretended that the motor was leaking and had me change the motor with a freaking total damage of ~4K of what was supposed to be 520 bucks. He replaced the existing motor with an older one is what I feel as I see consistent red light.
I have a 2 year service contract. I contacted them on April 21st regarding getting no water from my filter. I told them it was an emergency. They promised to send a technician within 24 hours. It is one week now and each day I phone and they promise that the technician is coming. All LIES.
Would not recommend them one bit.
Service is pathetic. They are cheating through AMC service. They are saying lead time of 24 hrs, but taking minimum of 1 week. A local service will be at your doorstep within few hours. We can trust local service persons but not this Patient Aqua.
They forced us to take AMC and we have paid for 2 years, they promised service every 3 months but never came, now for the last 10 days our RO purifier is not working but the call centre girls Vaishnavi and Anjali gave false promises and said they will send technician next day but never sent. They also promised call back with updates but never called even once. The technician who came said they will bring the part the next day but never returned and unable to send mail also as they have some technical issues. Overall, pathetic service and waste of money and time. Not trust worthy at all and careless attitude of all the employees both in call center and technicians. Highly disappointed!
Technicians are not trained. Replaced parts without giving the receipt. Had to follow up for 2 weeks to get a copy which had just the amount mentioned. This is the last time I have got my RO serviced by them
I've taken the Kent RO Service of 2 year AMC, the first service was done with Four filters replaced and additional filter(external) was also replaced, the leaky tap was replaced, magnetic sensor was also replaced, . the electrical connection kit was replaced. the RO filter was working fine, for just 2 days, and I had to once again call them for complaint, they took my complaint, but when I call to the service center line showed busy all the time. A different service person came and replaced the microprocessor which was faulty.
The cost of the components replaced are priced too heavy, if the same components like tap, magnetic sensor, external filter span are to be compared in the market, the cost amount would be 2/3rd lesser.
I urge everybody to avoid buying their AMC. It is a big scam as their technicians do not anything. customer care will not take your comaplaint properly. Customer care don't know who is assigned for service and what happened after service. They send new tech each time and they don't have any clue what they need to fix. Pathetic
Worst experience..their technicians are not trained.They rectify the machine with instructions on mobile.We took AMC but no service was provided in 2020 due to pandemic and the company is not willing to extend the AMC for which we paid quite a hefty amount.
The most pathetic service and the most worst staff. incompetent in handling Ro repairs.
Never go for a contract with this cheater company
The company answers calls, but when spare parts are to be replaced, the technician says now it'll work fine, but it never works. Am buying water for the last six months. 3times technician has come, but not replacing item. Worst service. Never ever give them business or enter AMC with this company
Dr aqua providing best service all over Bangalore. The technician came on time and did the servicing. Opted for maintenance already got 2 free services from them. Tension free maintenance given by this team. Would like to appreciate the effort.
