I watch tv chanel in only doordarshan .I don't watch any other tv chanel. This is very good learning tv chanel for me and all people in world. If you watch tv in other tv chanel. This channel is a all rounder channel

My parents tell me about that channel they told me that every Saturday half part of movie comes and half part comes on sunday

They also told me enjoyment of suspense and they enjoy to much time with family together

Doordarshan is a all rounder channel this channel shows tv serials , movies every weakend , latest news , and many more doordarshan is a very popular and very likeabe that time but now due to comming of soo much channels this channel is like dissappear from our TVs

Accordance for me the Doordarshan is one of the oldest TV Channel in India which is I have ever seen. It's also was a popular channel in India, but now there are so many popularity as soon as near by, that's why the Doordarshan channel is not so much popular at this present generation. Instead I like much too because this channel is relate do shows about North-East India' and about the Northeast Tribes how they lead and their popularity is there. I think it's also a best channel I have ever seen because northeast channel is also too important part of our Country. From childhood I ever used to watched this TV channel of Doordarshan until now. Doordarshan shows many types of things about northeast and also about the South Indian. I say this also a nice channel in India for everywhere.

Doordarsan is a one of the old chennel in my childwood life I remember that time now a days many channel coming popularly but this channel is not like so. Becaus of not developing the chennal programs are not attractive programs in this chennal it may improve in futures and development it needs for grows chennel.

I am writing a review on doordarshan. Doordarshan is very old channel .I am watching doordarshan when I was kid.in shows news, movies, serial, drama, cartoon. This channel is totally free than other channel. But all the shows of this channel are not so much good .all serial are old style.

Mostly people donot like this channel because stylish of programmes are very old .I have bored this channel.they are telecasting same old serial again and again

This channel is not good way of entertainment as well as it become boring.

Overall this channel is awesome. I will not recommend to watch this channel.thanks

I used to watch Doordarshan when I was a kid and it had great shows at that time which I remember. Some of the shows I remember are Shaktiman, Teekhi mirchi Khatti mirchi, aryaman, etc. But now the shows are not much good and of old style. shows like krishi darshan and the repeated telecasts of the serials has made the channel dull and not exciting.

Now I watch doordarshan only on occasions like Independance day, Republic day and the matches of cricket.

Doordarshan should update their shows and present new varieties of telecasts. Nowadays the shows like Krishi Darshan and similar shows are too much boring.

Now new devices are been launched by the Doordarshan to connect to Android through OTG and watch Doordarshan channels for free without Internet.

The most entertaining channel of india. I have been a doordarshan viewer till many years. I like the systematic way of the program were organised by the channel. doordarshan gives many family program like news, kids program, serials, patrotic based serials, knowledge based programs, etc. but one thing the resolution of the channel doordarshan is very low and poor. it have to be improved. This is not a private channel thats why no famous anchor and hosts are used in this channel.

Every indian says this is own indian channel. All of this time people who aged 25 years or above, this channel is first tv channel. This is first govt apporved indian channel. Doordarshan give always family programs like news, serials, children knowledge based program etc. Last few years doordarshan gives us dd free dish and added most of entertainment channels. Doordarshan is a part of my childhood. It is one of those rarest TV channels which show everything from cartoon, dramatic serials to news and movies.

Also we do not need to give any fees for it like other channels.

But now it has only few interesting programs like national celebrations which are occasion dependent. Channel strongly needs to introduce some new shows which could compete with other TV channel shows. It seems to be annoying to watch krishi Darshan when I have much better shows like Kapil Sharma show.

Since it is past of every kid of my generation I would appreciate if channel put efforts on raising TRP of channel by introducing entertaining programs

Though Doordarshan is oldest channel it needs lot of improvment.Now a days people are watching it only for Independence, Republic day parades and some major events of sports.Other than those there are no good programmes.They are re telecasting same old serials again and again.Programs are not changing they are simply repeating them.Not much intersting content.E ven those programs are of old times.No new programs based on new generation.It need to get updated to present viewers interest

Doordarshan is indian and first channel of india own by govt. to broadcast it free for all over india.

This channel have good quality and learning theme with every program telecasted on this tv channel. All programs are simple and neat with better with better throwing some good moral based poits with every program but this program video quality is not good not good effect is applied in this tv channel.

The show resolution quality are also very poor and need to be improved.

Well in sense of range of programs it is all in one channel in which tv serials , movies , news, music programs but they are fixed with days and we have to wait to watch particular program on this channel.

This is not a private channel thats why no famous anchor and hosts are used in this channel.

Hell9 friends today we are here to talk about Doordarshan , the channel that the real india watch . Yes I'm mentioning here real India , the real India resides in the villages the real India fights with poverty , the real India work hard to get food everyday .

Yes this channel is the channel for them because today where India is having a dream to overcome as a digital power then there at same time huge population don't know the meaning of it. Doordarshan is the only channel that is not brodcasted through any cable service or like using a setup box for that. Just we need a tv and an antenna to watch this channel.

But now when it comes for the channel and it's work then I feel quiet unhappy when the cricket when India plays is not broadcasted on this channel and this is not good. Cricket is for all the indians and have the right to watch and government shud look over this matter and broadcast all the cricket matches when india playes.

All over this channel is not bad and needs some programme upgradation.

Quality of programme : it's pritty good.

Range of programme : there is small range of programme and very less entertainment based programme.

Anchors and host : They provide good anchors and host but as compared to other channels then it is not up to the mark.

Hello friends, today I am sharing my review of oldest government tv channel Doordarshan. -Doordashan is the one of the most and valuable channel to spreading news entertainment for indian peoples time to time from since 1959 - some years ago Doorshana have monopoly in the tv channel field but now many channel available for the audience so that compare of other channel doordarshan should do the some changes in his work. -if you watched the doordashan channel then you understand it because firstly doordarshan should change there programme quality, other channel gives to audience various categories programme but doorshan have same policy, and now its programme quality is very bad, -doordashan did not research of audience demand what kind programme they want, that why doordashan audience decrease because of there programmes, that programmes are vey boring. -the doordarshan anchor and host doing well job but here need to change of government policy regarding doordarshan tv channel .

From 1959 India started television programmes . at first doordarshan be the one and only one channel thats why people had watched. Boordashan was the first chanel where I started watching tv and news. now a days verity of chanel available that isn't mean I'll demean this chanel. I love to watch news on this chanel its because they are not showing false news.

I used to watching this chanel for my favrote serial shaktiman. I was really adsive to this show and so many people too.

I can say doordarshan start a new era of telivison in indian might they need some change but this chanel is awesome, thier tv contents are genioun as compare to other saas bahu show.

DD National channel is the largest terrestrial network not only in India, but in the entire world. It covers about 92% population and 81% land area of the country. At one point of time, this channel happened to be the most popular TV channel with a range of unforgettable programs gracing it. With the advent of cable network, however, DD National has lost the race.

For starters, it has not updated itself to the changing times, much like the govt. offices in India. Its picture quality is extremely poor and the sound reception too is not worth appreciating. The quality of daily soaps is a far cry from its glorious past.

Second, the range of programs is extremely limited. The entire channel is filled with either educational programs or family dramas. Agreed being a national broadcaster, it is their duty to spread knowledge and awareness. However, with programs like Tarang, DD Live Show etc. they cannot catch the fancies of today's kids.The format has to change and they need to incorporate better plots for their educational programs.

Third, most of the fictional programs are family dramas. Unlike cable TV, it does not have a quality program in it. It also does not have any good reality show, talent hunt show etc. They need to hire better directors and especially, scriptwriters so that their programs have more value.

They also need to telecast new films, in addition to old classics. With this, they would be able to cater to a wider range of audience. The hosts and the actors in the soap operas of the DD National also need to brush up their skills. Most of them time the actors overact and you can clearly see loopholes in the story-lines.

Overall, DD National has a lot to do, if it wants to regain its past glories.
