This company is a complete fraud. I reached this company to purchase JustDial Data Extractor software. And then, he sold me WhatsApp marketing service also with a combo special offer of facebook marketing and indiamart software at a good price as promised i.e. 20, 000INR saying that all the software will be supported by the company and provided prompts update all free of cost.

But, then once the money got transfered in his bank account details as follows:

This guy just vanished off. Nor did I get the software except JustDial Data Extractor which he also called JustDial Lead Extractor. But, also he stopped ignoring and disconnecting my calls after me repetitively following up with him from my phone number.

But, then I asked my friend to call from his number and check with this guy. And he was selling him the software with same confidence and script.

I recorded the call and went to the police station for registering a case of 420 against this guy. But, the police said that they don't have evidence through call recording and you have to prove with a bill or email communication as a proof. Which I didn't had any because this guy never did any!

Whether this guy tries to sell you IndiaMart Data Extractor, or WhatsApp marketing software or service, or JustDial Data Extractor. Never ever purchase anything from him. because this company is operating a fraud scam.

When I looked online further if this happened to other people also. I found some more complaints here at MouthShut.com and found their are other victims who were scandalize by this same company.

Now, it's been 15 days since I have been trying to get the software or my money back. But, this guy says bad words on the phone and hangs up the phone.

Please don't buy from DigitalGateway.in they are the worst company to do any kind of business.

I am doing the whatsapp marketing of my coaching institute with DIGITAL PANJAB. I am using the web panel for whatsapp from digitalpanjab and they are giving a proper delivery of messages. Some time it takes long time sometime instant delivery as well. The average time to deliver the messages is about 5 to 7 hours but it get delivered. Sometimes I also send messages on sunday and they send the messages. Hello this is sourav from jaipur. I am running my own business of online medicines. I purchased a whatsap software from digital panjab and it was working fine for 10 15 days and after that it stopped working. then I asked them for support and they provided another software with latest version and till it is working fine and I also purchased a panel for the same. they provide me channels whenever I ask them. As I know, whatsapp marketing is not as bulk sms marketing.it is not easy. it needs some technical skills as everytime whatspp tries to block the particular ip. May be some of you are facing trouble with softwares but for me its working very good. Still online panel is a good option.
