Dhruvan Ford, Kovilambakkam, Chennai

The staff and mechanic are very inexperienced, does not know to diagnosis the actual fault in the car and suggest to change the un-relevant parts and after spending huge money the actual problem still remains. Even a roadside mechanic can do even better work than the service from Dhruvan Ford.

I had given my Car to Dhruvan Ford on 13th June 2023. It was picked up and dropped back on 16th June 2023. My car was attended by you staff Balu. I found one wheel cup in my car missing. In fact they had removed all four wheel cups with two tags each and none of them have replaced with a tag. Hence one wheel cup has been lost in your service center. I was delivered the vehicle late evening and being Ford authorized service center I did not suspect any mishaps. But I found the missing part and called and informed the same to Mr. Balu yesterday and he agreed to check and get back. Initially he called me back and negotiated to pay for the missing wheel cup but later he again asked time and today he is acting the other around as he cannot be responsible for this and I can do what I want to. I am about to take this to consumer issue hence wanted to see one last time if anyone in you service center is bothered really for customer and fix this issue. I have all my call recording with Balu and his manager Roopak.

Further the invoice provided by this service center shows my vehicle has been driven for 500 kms from the point they picked up from me and dropped back, when asked they simply just said by mistake and to ignore it. I seriously did not expect so many mistakes and data misrepresentation from a authorized service center. I am sure if not Balu but at least the management of Dhruvan Ford or Ford India would care for their customers and their reputation.
