To waste your money and time then buy Dell. In our company We have Dell, HP & Lenovo Laptops. Dell is most troublemaker in our business.


Issue: Starting Makes huge sound, takes more time for startup after removing all startup apps changed RAM just after warranty period.


Warranty scam by dell. If you want smooth business transactions go for HP or Lenovo in my experience.

Today I purchased DELL Vostro 3520 laptop online, TO BE VERY HONEST IT WAS MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO PURCHASE DELL PRODUCT ONLINE AT ALL AND IF THEY PURCHASE THEY HAVE TO PURCHASE AT OWN RISK.

  1. NO TRANSPARENCY AT ALL.

  2. AS CUSTOMER I HAVE TO COMPROMISE ON VARIOUS CHOICE.

a. Only selected credit card are accepted for EMI.


b. Of the selected credit card EMI offer is rejected


c. Gift packing offer is given on low value product and not on high value product.


d. Only laptop is provided we have to purchase laptop bag giving high value cost.


SO DELL IS DOING US FAVOUR GIVING LAPTOP ONLINE AT SAME RATE AND ONLH USING COUPON DISCOUNT IS OFFERED.

Digital product is very smooth in INDIA .DELL laptop screen is good picture colour quality and change self mind use. I full satisfy dell product. Any family members and friends use laptop dell company. My family have good feel use dell product. battery is good long time used . I also very happy for use dell company product .

Bought a dell wireless mouse from Amazon and right from the beginning noticed battery draining issue. A Duracell last hardly for 20days. When raised a complaint with dell, they asked for a serial number which is they said is printed only on the cover of the product which I've discarded. I did produced the warranty certificate and invoice copies. Amazon was also unavle to produce the Serial number which I've asked for. Dell said that they cant do any support even when i had a valid warranty copy. Amazon did a full cashback as the product cross the return period.

Is Dell customer service for real?

It may be just that my DELL experience that was bad. I hope it was only one person at Dell cust care who is not right for servicing position or it was just one bad day for the executive who felt like venting it out at me. Yet, in general Dell's online chat responses are so generic and never really helpful for a particular pain point. Even their IVR menu is somewhat long. I never realized there was a sticker and small nos. on it that mattered much more than what popped up in About your PC!


When I purchased the laptop at Dell's auth. showroom I like their straightforward sales approach. But they always use Dell help as an advantage offering to customers. I guess that is where I somehow ended up expecting it to be better than many other service providers. Burnt & learnt from experience I must say!


I was aghast to place my first customer service call to Dell today(23 Jan 2023). I really had no idea that their under warranty cust, service meant having the courage to face harsh rudeness. The service does not begin unless you locate the small print EX service no on a sticker at the back. When I first connected to a normal tech support person, he was polite and straight with his answers. But then I was transferred to the under warranty desk. When I took a little extra time to locate the EX id, I asked if the laptop product id would work. I don't know what set off after that, I heard the executive talking in the rudest manner, relentlessly without a break and at the end was like a one way ranting. He kept saying of course I need the id - I don't your name or phone number or any other detail then how do you expect me to resolve. Even when I tried to say that I need just a bit of time to locate it, he literally did not allow me to speak ad kept talking like a teacher who was being kept waited:-). I tried to reason and said that I may have to report about this call to someone, but he continued ranting and then he actually disconnected the call in a huff.


I was shocked. I did not understand what just happened. Is Dell's customer service under warranty just a formal obligation for them?


Somehow my experience has made me wary of asking anything to Dell directly. Am definitely going to Google and Quora all my answers. Dell's cust. service certainly doesn't sell.

I Purchased DELL Inspiron Gaming Laptop 15 7000 Gaming Laptop in 2017. After one year I FELT BATTERY ISSUE. Battery is not charging properly. Then I went service station I informed all details. They Suggest me You should purchase NEW BATTERY. I purchased New one BUT Same issue is going down. Since Today I called DELL CUSTOMER CARE . They said to me OUR DELL POLICY ANY PRODUCT SHOULD HAVE ONLY 5 YEARS LIFE AFTER THE PRODUCT END OF THE LIFE!


SO MY SUGGESTION IS PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASED ANY DELL PRODUCT. ALL ARE DEFECTIVES AND I ALSO HEARD FROM OTHERS. KINDLY SUPPORT ME AND READ MY WHOLE REVIEW.

Purchased dell inspiron 16 7620. Tail os usb was booting fine in all other brands except this model. Toll free tech guy was not even able to under the issue. Had to visit service center 70 km away from home. They tried that usb in their available 12th gen laptops, in which it was working fine. This is the real experience of a guy who had to spend around 125000 on laptop and don't know how many more visits or calls had to be made

Really very disgusting Experience with dell . Thier engineer spoiled my laptop motherboard. Now my laptop is dead. And their exclation team behaving rudely and denying to repair my laptop.


Never go for dell. No professional ethics.


Never puchase Dell laptop. I complained for my laptop under warranty for some touchpad problems . Dell engineer came and spoiled my Dell laptop motherboard and many other part also .


Now my laptop is dead. No any one from Dell authority taking responsiblity. They are saying we cant do anything in this issue.


First time i purchased Dell laptop and got this issue. My request to all customers please dont purchase Dell laptop. Totally fraud company.

Dell Laptop giving multiple problems within months

I recently got a brand new Dell laptop. Within a couple of months - it started giving problems while starting. Every time I sat for an important meeting it failed to start. I had to have a back up laptop everytime. The dell team claimed to fix this but this problem still arises. Then yesterday- the speakers of my laptop crashed. And stopped working. They now need to replace the speakers. Inspite of multiple requests to replace the laptop as it is only a few months old - DELL refused to do so. What is the point in selling such rubbish pieces and not even agreeing to replace them! Never ever buying dell products ever again!

Excellent, reliable and the best company!

Writing this review to share my great & excellent experience with Dell India for more than five years, great company with honesty, care, sincerity, transparency, excellent support. Sure love this company.


Lived in countries including India, Singapore, USA, but battered by corruption, crooks, frauds, scams, tricksters in day to day life even with many so-called corporates in India, finally got fortunate enough to see one company with honesty, care, sincerity, transparency, excellent support Dell.


Purchased a Dell laptop, Latitude E5570, 15" inch laptop somewhere in the beginning of 2017 with the configuration CPU Core i7 with 4 physical core(8 logical cores), 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, full sized backlit keyboard, matte carbon black body, 15.6" IPS panel display, anti-reflection, web cam, array microphone, nvidia discrete graphics card, large touch pad, pointer stick in the mid of keyboard, extended battery with nearly 5 hours, finger print reader and more. Five years before, when purchased, this is the beast of that era. Got it with 3 years onsite warranty, ADP(accidental damage protection).


Support executive from Dell literally handhold us with excellent support and enabled the whole process of purchase a pleasant, enjoyable and great experience. Stayed patiently with us for identifying right model, then configuring the laptop with various options, sent us a link, we just made the payment online, immediately received email confirmation for payment and shared the order tracking. It was amazing, we were able to track the order right from being manufactured in Malaysia, shipped to Mumbai, clearing customs, crossing major cities, coming to our place, getting delivered, we were able to see everything in real-time. Amazing experience. Sure we enjoyed.


Received the laptop in around a week time though they mention it would take 15 working days. It was pretty quick coming from Malaysia built exclusively for us, the way we requested.


Being a technocrat, used it extensively for enterprise solution architecture, research & innovation, 3D modelling using AutoCAD Fusion 360, android studio, visual studio and many more high end resource-cpu-gpu hungry applications including for AI, ML, neural network and more. Simply love this machine(laptop) till date even after 5+ years and actively using it as my primary machine.


Best part is, Dell provided a support software that just takes care of all the patches(hardware, network, software, BIOS.) all by itself. Support wise, I loved the Dell support, just raise your issue or problem as ticket right from the support application and it is done. Response start rolling immediate, someone will be calling, asking to do basic troubleshooting over phone, once issue identified, if it requires part they order it right away and the whole ticket can be tracked including logistics of the parts and support personnel visiting our place.


Support is Pan India and international. We got support in all the places and cities wherever I was at that time. After three years, we extended the warranty for a nominal amount(without ADP). Completed all five years of the warranty period with amazingly great support all the time. Every time it was a pleasant experience while availing support. Great!


During warranty period, we got motherboards replaced twice, LCD panel replaced once for one single dead pixel after 4 years, keyboard replaced twice when it was having issues. overall Dell made sure that we have the system up and running all the time with their fast, timely and excellent support.


I personally vouch for Dell after clearly enjoying their great and excellent support. Sure their honesty, care, sincerity, transparency, excellent support requires special appreciation.


My wholehearted sincere thanks to Dell!
